CMB Hippo D2 folding knife - Green

Folding knife for EDC (Every Day Carry) featuring a Sheepfoot blade profile. The blade is crafted from carbon D2 tool steel, known for its exceptional wear resistance and aggressive cutting performance. A black matte coating protects the blade’s surface and edge. Jimping (grooves) is present on the spine near the thumb rest for enhanced control during cutting tasks. The ricasso includes a finger choil to improve the tool’s ergonomics. The blade boasts a hardness rating of 59-61 HRC.

Deployment of the knife is achieved via a flipper and thumb hole. A Liner Lock mechanism ensures blade security. Ball bearings in the main pivot provide a smoother and quicker blade opening.

Textured scales made from G10 laminate (fiberglass and epoxy resin) wrap the ergonomically contoured handle. The knife features a steel, spring-loaded deep-carry clip for easy transportation. A lanyard or leash hole is positioned at the handle’s end.
