CMB Hippo D2 folding knife - Red

Folding EDC knife (Every Day Carry) featuring a Sheepfoot blade profile. Crafted from D2 carbon tool steel, the blade demonstrates exceptional wear resistance and aggressive cutting performance. The blade is finished with a matte black coating that safeguards the edge.

Jimping (notching) is positioned along the blade spine at the thumb ramp to enhance control during cutting tasks. A finger choil integrated into the ricasso improves the ergonomics for more precise handling. Blade hardness is rated at 59-61 HRC.

Knife deployment is enabled via a flipper and a thumb hole. Secure blade lockup is achieved with a Liner Lock system. Smooth and swift blade action is delivered by a ball bearing set on the knife’s pivot.

The handle is shaped for comfort and fitted with textured G10 laminate scales, made from fiberglass and epoxy resin. A robust, spring-steel deep-carry pocket clip allows for discreet and convenient carry. A lanyard or leash hole is located at the butt of the handle.
