It works perfectly on nubuck, suede, and full-grain leather. I haven't tested it on Gore-tex membranes, but on Regi-tex in Bennon Terreno High trekking boots, which are also made of nubuck, combined with Lowa Water Stop Eco impregnation, it provides excellent protection against moisture and even heavy rain. Remember to maintain your shoes correctly, that is, what and how to use in the right order. There is a simple instruction on the bottle on how to use it, so when using such a product for the first time, I advise all the self-taught 'know-it-alls' to read it, otherwise there will be regret and tears.
