Forged from SK-5 tool steel, the blade delivers exceptional durability and is highly resistant to cracking, chipping, and dulling, while remaining easy to re-sharpen. With a hardened structure reaching a hardness of 63-65 HRC, the blade ensures outstanding abrasion resistance and superior longevity.
Equipped with a Clip-Point profile, the smooth blade measures 152 mm in length and 5 mm in thickness. Crafted with a hollow grind, the blade delivers both efficient cutting and high precision for detailed tasks. A black, matte Tuff-Ex finish coats the blade, effectively preventing reflections and providing corrosion resistance. Featuring a shortened ricasso, the design allows the cutting edge to extend sooner, increasing the overall cutting length.
Equipped with a handle crafted from Kray-Ex material and featuring deep texturing, the knife ensures a secure grip, even when hands are wet or soiled. The design includes a Full Length Tang construction, where the blade’s tang extends through the entire handle, remaining only slightly narrower at the end. A cross guard offers additional protection by preventing fingers from sliding onto the blade. The handle is also outfitted with a hole for attaching a lanyard or strap.
The knife comes with a sheath crafted using the Secure-Ex system, constructed from a lightweight, rugged, and weatherproof material.
