Two mounting straps compatible with the MOLLE/PALS system enable secure attachment to a belt, vest, or other gear. The rolled mat is held in place using a strap with velcro closure.

MultiCam represents an advanced camouflage pattern introduced in 2002 by the American company Crye Precision, in collaboration with the United States Army Soldier Systems Center (Natick Labs), as a component of the Objective Force Warrior initiative. Designed to offer versatile concealment, its main objective was to deliver effective camouflage across diverse terrains and shifting environmental conditions. The MultiCam pattern features a palette of seven distinct colors, with smooth gradient transitions connecting green, brown, and beige tones. This allows the pattern to seamlessly blend into different surroundings, shifting towards green in wooded landscapes and adopting brown and beige hues in arid or desert settings — making it particularly effective in Central and Eastern European regions during the autumn months and in areas with dry foliage. MultiCam has achieved global acclaim and has been adopted by various military forces and special operations units worldwide. In 2010, the US Army selected this pattern as the official camouflage for personnel deployed in Afghanistan, replacing the previous Universal Camouflage Pattern (UCP). In addition, the pattern is accessible to civilian users, making it a favored option among military enthusiasts and airsoft players alike.
