The knife is already in my hands, so I can share my first impressions. The blade could be sharper, as in this regard it's not great. The handle should also be longer. A normal grip feels a bit insecure in my hand, but the reverse grip works quite well, and that's probably how I'd hold it during training or a potential fight. The metal handle is too smooth, which, combined with its short length and a sweaty hand, can result in the knife slipping out. A paracord wrap would solve this issue—a piece of rope will do the trick. The overall look of the knife is nice. It's compact, so it's easy to hide under clothing. The straps on the sheath help with that. You can attach the sheath with the knife around your ankle, wrist, or forearm. Of course, you can also hang it on your belt. To sum up, the knife has its downsides, but if worn concealed for fighting/self-defense or solving other unusual problems, it can definitely come in handy. The greater variety of concealed carry options, not just on a belt, is a great advantage, while the drawbacks I mentioned can be addressed at home—except for the unfortunate handle length.
