CRKT M16-14XD Folding Knife

A folding knife from the M-16 series, featuring a 100 mm partially serrated blade with a robust Tanto profile. Crafted from D2 tool steel, the blade guarantees excellent durability and resistance to wear. The handle is constructed from Grivory plastic, known for being both lightweight and tough, and is fitted with a convertible spring clip. Owing to its compact and lightweight form, the knife is ideal for daily use.

Equipped with a Tanto style blade, crafted from premium D2 tool steel known for its superior hardness, outstanding resistance to wear, and exceptional edge retention. The blade features partially serrated Veff Serrations along the entire edge and is enhanced with a Titanium Nitride coating, which improves hardness and extends service life. Enhanced control during precision work is provided by strategically placed jimping (notches) on the blade’s spine, offering optimal thumb grip while making cuts.

Equipped with a thumb stud on both sides, the blade deploys effortlessly, utilizing IKBS ball bearings for exceptionally smooth and precise opening. The durable Crossbar Lock secures the blade firmly in place, offering impressive load resistance, seamless operation, and convenient one-handed use from either side.

Mounted on steel liners, the handle scales are constructed from lightweight Grivory plastic, known for its exceptional rigidity and durability. Ergonomically contoured with non-slip texturing, the scales deliver a reliable grip and help prevent finger slippage onto the blade, significantly enhancing operational safety. For optimal everyday carry, a steel clip is included, which can be mounted on either the right or left side of the handle.
