Constructed from robust polymer and steel components, the air rifle pistol operates using a 12 g CO2 cartridge. Designed for use with 4.5 mm Diabolo (mushroom-shaped) pellets, the pistol ensures reliable performance.

Equipped with a precision-machined barrel measuring 256 mm and featuring 6 grooves of rifling, the firearm’s choked barrel enhances pellet stability, delivering improved accuracy and extended range.

Velocity of the projectile can be finely tuned between 134 and 158 m/s, enabling optimal adjustment based on pellet weight and intended shooting distance. A single CO2 cartridge provides approximately 60 shots.

Mounted on an 11 mm standard dovetail rail, the fully adjustable Williams rear sight utilizes micrometer screws for precise calibration, allowing for easy removal to accommodate an optical sight if needed.

Adjustments to the trigger are made via a screw located beneath the trigger guard, permitting customization of trigger pull length to suit the shooter’s individual preferences.

Militaria.pl is the exclusive distributor of Crosman

Crosman is a brand with more than a century of tradition, which has been providing shooting enthusiasts with reliable air guns and ammunition for years. A turning point in its history was the introduction of the Powerlet CO2 cartridge in 1954 - a 12-gram capsule that revolutionized the market by offering 50% more gas than the 8-gram cartridges previously used. This allowed a much higher number of shots to be fired from a single capsule. Over the years, Crosman expanded its offerings, introducing airsoft replicas, optics and accessories. Today the brand offers a wide range of products that work well for both recreational shooting and professional training.

It’s not the cheapest, but worth its price, especially if someone shoots at targets even at 20 meters. The aesthetics are so-so, the grips are held by just one screw and they move, which does not interfere with shooting, the barrel is so rough outside that a cloth leaves fibers, which also does not matter much. A drawback is a loading issue, sometimes the pellet gets stuck and you always need a toothpick ready, but if you shoot at a target you’re usually not in a rush. There are pellets that load better, others worse, so you have to find the right ones. After buying a new one, it’s worth disassembling and lubricating the trigger mechanism. Mine was completely dry and worked with slight jams. You can use plastic grease, unless someone is planning to crawl in the sand with it in the trenches. The cross-bolt safety is in a silly spot, when your index finger is on the trigger it pushes the safety. Beyond that, it’s only pros: very accurate, very well-adjusted rear sight, consistent muzzle velocity. For me it's a strong four out of five, but I do not regret the purchase.

Everything as described. The pistol is very pleasant, very accurate and consistent. At the moment, one of the best air pistols I've had. I recommend it.

It works for me for about 50 shots. But I mounted a Walther 2x20 scope. At 15 meters, no misses.

Before buying, I read a lot about this pistol; mainly on American sites (most information). Well, a lot of comments are confirmed. The rear sight is indeed mounted crookedly, but it doesn't affect its functionality (it's great). Loading pellets can be problematic (Crosman Premier is no problem, but with H&N Finale Match pistol pellets you have to be careful - hold the gun at the right angle and lock gently, otherwise it jams). Typical Crosman workmanship, meaning so-so (for example, the grip panels are a real scandal). Even when the trigger is set to minimum hardness, it's still much stiffer than the HW-40's factory setting. Luckily, the most important thing (the barrel) is top-notch in this pistol. First shooting: shock. Not because the gun is very accurate (I expected that and was not disappointed - it's incredibly accurate), but because of the firing sound—the pistol sounded like an Umarex after firing 100 shots from a single CO2 cartridge. The shot was very weak, the pellet had low velocity (but still accurate). The gas lasted for many more shots than the manufacturer claims (even with maximum power the whole time). But this changed after about 200 shots—the pistol gained power, which you can hear on firing and on the pellet trap. And now the cartridge runs out after 60 shots. Overall: So far my experience with it is limited (second box of pellets), before that I used three different Umarex CO2 pistols (CP-99, Colt 1911, Beretta 92 PPC) and the very interesting HW-40 (PCA). But now I'm seriously considering getting rid of my other pistols, because after picking up the Crosman 2300S I have no desire to shoot anything else (unless it's timed or at something bigger than the black part of the target seen from 10 meters). Wishing everyone only tens (except those I'm competing against, of course), Mariusz
