I bought the air rifle on sale for 899 PLN, and at that price it really is a very good purchase, but even so it cannot be perfect. The first thing is the lack of mechanical iron sights (I knew about that, but it is still a drawback), the trigger is really stiff and at first I was pulling my shots badly; only after some time did I get used to it. I cannot adjust it and I do not intend to do it myself, so that is something that will stay with me. The air rifle is also heavy—almost 3.5 kg—and when shooting standing up, after a few shots the barrel really can start to wander, but well, you have to be tough, not soft; after all, the weight is no secret either. And then there is the scope, which in my opinion is very nice and fairly easy to adjust, although I understand why some people say it is not. I will also say that this was the first scope I zeroed myself. It turned out that single clicks up-down or left-right do very little, and after a dozen or so shots I simply cranked the setting to the right more or less by brute force, and as you can see from the photos, I finally managed to adjust it to achieve significant repeatability (plus I learned how to work the trigger). What I do not know, however, is how it will be after a few thousand shots, because it is still quite a delicate device, while the air rifle itself has a really strong kick, and whether that might damage the scope itself (I sincerely hope not and that it will serve me for many years). To sum up, the Crosman Summit Nitro Piston is quite a powerful piece of equipment, accurate, and after adjusting the scope and learning how to work with such a stiff trigger, you can easily shoot it even beyond 50 meters with groups around 4 cm, and probably even much better. I did not expect such good equipment, and I wholeheartedly recommend it, while still taking into account the few drawbacks pointed out above.
