Defcon 5 Small Radio Pouch Radio Pouch - Vegetato

A pouch in Vegetato camouflage designed for carrying radio transceivers. It is made of durable and wear-resistant 1000D nylon. Molle-compatible construction allows it to be attached to a tactical vest, backpack or belt. Elastic inserts make it possible to adjust the size to fit the radio.

The pouch is made of 1000D nylon, which is characterized by high resistance to abrasion, tearing and intensive use in demanding field conditions. The material maintains adequate structural stiffness while reducing unnecessary equipment weight, which is crucial during prolonged use. The material used has also been waterproofed, which protects it from soaking through quickly, improves drying and provides resistance to dirt.

The flap closed with velcro and a snap is equipped with elastic cords that allow the pouch to be adjusted to different radio transceiver models, while also providing access to the controls located in the upper part of the device. The side panels are made of elastic material.

The pouch is compatible with the MOLLE/PALS mounting system, which allows it to be attached to a belt, vest, backpack or other elements of accouterment. The drainage opening ensures that water does not collect in the pouch during rain.

Vegetato is an Italian military camouflage introduced at the beginning of the 21st century as the standard camouflage of the Italian Armed Forces. The pattern is based on irregular, multilayered patches in shades of green, brown, beige and earthy red. Vegetato, also known as mimetico Vegetata or Italian Woodland, was created as a modern alternative to older woodland-type patterns. Thanks to its rich palette and well-thought-out arrangement of patches, this camouflage effectively breaks up the soldier's silhouette and performs well in diverse natural surroundings - especially in areas covered with low and medium vegetation. Due to its character and colour scheme, Vegetato adapts well to conditions found in many regions of Europe, including both Mediterranean and temperate climates.
