Constructed from a blend of 140D polyamide and 600D polyester, the backpack offers robust durability suitable for demanding outdoor conditions. The primary storage volume of 50 l can be expanded by an additional 10 l via a drawstring extension concealed beneath the top flap. Featuring two sizable compartments, the design ensures straightforward organization and storage of essential gear. With a compact form factor and multiple pockets, the backpack proves highly effective for weekend excursions.

The backpack features two primary compartments that can be merged to create a single spacious section. The upper compartment is secured with a flap, while the lower section is accessed via a zipper. Capacity can be expanded thanks to an adjustable drawstring extension found beneath the top flap. Inside, a pocket is designed to accommodate a hydration reservoir with a maximum volume of 3 liters. The front panel includes a large stretch pocket and dedicated loops ideal for securing a helmet or similar items. Additional loops on the sides offer attachment points for extra gear such as trekking poles or ice axes. Both the right and left sides are equipped with elastic pockets suitable for carrying a bottle or canteen. At the base and inside the top flap are compartments that can store items like a sleeping bag, footwear, or wet clothing. The backpack is outfitted with a sternum strap and a hip belt, both featuring two small pockets. Compression straps make it possible to efficiently minimize the overall volume of the backpack.

Enhanced comfort over extended treks is delivered by the Aircontact Lite carrying system. This system integrates foam panels designed to ensure optimal weight distribution and eliminate pressure points on the back, effectively preventing chafing. The dynamic foam adapts to changes in walking pace and maintains efficient air circulation. Additional support is provided by aluminum rails arranged in an X shape, which increase the rigidity of the back panel and allow the carrying system to conform more closely to the user's back.

The VariQuick system allows for precise adjustment, letting users tailor the backpack to their height and body type. Ergonomically designed S-shaped shoulder straps feature a mesh lining on the inner side, delivering both comfort and enhanced ventilation. The Vari-Flex hip belt can be adjusted individually and is padded with foam to minimize the risk of chafing.
