Diana Trailscout CO2 4.5 mm Air Rifle - Black

CO2 air rifle chambered in 4.5 mm, featuring a robust, contemporary design and excellent shot-to-shot consistency. The handguard, crafted from resilient black polymer, offers a lightweight build and straightforward maintenance.

Monte Carlo stock, rubber butt plate, 11 mm mounting rail

The symmetrical Monte Carlo stock, featuring a soft rubber butt plate, ensures a comfortable grip for both right- and left-handed shooters and remains compatible with a range of optical sights. An 11 mm mounting rail is integrated for attaching additional accessories.

sighting devices, rifled barrel, silencer, safety catch

Featuring mechanical aiming devices consisting of a front sight and a two-plane adjustable rear sight, the model ensures precise targeting. The rifled barrel, measuring 480 mm in length, guarantees exceptional accuracy and consistency with every shot. Noise from firing is minimized by a silencer fitted to the barrel's end. User safety is enhanced by a manual safety conveniently positioned within the trigger guard.

CO2 propulsion, muzzle velocity 200 m/s, adjustable trigger mechanism

The carbine features a drive mechanism that operates using three 12 g CO2 cartridges, housed in an aluminum cylinder located beneath the barrel for swift and convenient replacement. With the gas system, users can achieve around 100 shots at a muzzle velocity of approximately 200 m/s. An adjustable trigger system provides a distinct trigger feel and outstanding shooting precision.

revolving magazine, magnetic insert

Equipped for multi-shot action, the carbine utilizes a rotating aluminum magazine with a capacity of 9 pellets. Secure magnetic retention keeps the magazine firmly in place when loaded into the breech, while a side-lever mechanism allows for rapid and seamless reloading, enabling you to maintain focus on the target. Included in the set is a magnetic single-shot insert for enhanced safety and precise pellet placement.

Today I tested the delivered air rifle. The grouping at a distance of 15 m was within a circle of 6 cm in diameter (the rifle was stably rested on a bag). After mounting a 4 x 32 scope, the grouping was 4 cm. Great fun, the rifle is quiet, lightweight, fits perfectly in the hand, I recommend it.

I think it's a very good air rifle. When setting up the scope for the first time, there was no need to adjust anything. You should pay attention to whether all CO2 capsules are pierced. The first time I used it, I pierced only two, one was untouched. But it's easy to adjust this with the screw in the cap. Also, the cap is quite stiff to unscrew and is very difficult to remove—I had to use pliers, which damaged my cap. Also, there's no Picatinny rail for a bipod. Fortunately, it can be purchased separately and installed yourself, and there is enough room in the housing for it. As for performance, it seems to me that 100 shots is out of the question, it's usually about 50-60 shots, so about 6 magazines. Despite everything, I recommend it.

A pleasant air rifle for weekend shooting. Solid construction, nice wooden stock. High consistency and accuracy of shots. A good option for beginners. I recommend it.
