Like all Direct Action products, this one is also of the highest quality. Designed to fit a cat.7 perfectly, whether mounted vertically on a vest or horizontally on a belt, it doesn't matter – it fits everywhere.

The pouch is very well made. It fits perfectly on my plate carrier, also from Direct Action. The pouch is ideally tailored for the CAT Gen 7 tourniquet. I recommend it.

The pocket allows for quick access to the tourniquet and can be mounted not only through molle, but also directly onto the belt using loops. Drawbacks? For the Ranger Green color option, the designers used black inserts.

Great build quality, unlike the version without a flap the CAT doesn't slip out. A big plus for the many mounting options in the MOLLE system: on the belt, vertically, horizontally, or on the backpack strap.
