Direct Action Vanguard Over-Shell Jacket - MultiCam
Tactical hardshell jacket in MultiCam camouflage made of durable nylon. The 3L membrane protects against precipitation while supporting the removal of excess heat and moisture. The fit has been adapted for wearing over a plate carrier, and snaps stabilize the jacket on accouterment. The quick-release zip makes it easy to remove quickly. The adjustable hood can be fitted to a helmet and additional equipment, while the side zippers allow ventilation during exertion. Four pockets and two pass-through openings provide easier access to carried equipment and the pockets of clothing worn under the jacket.
durable nylon
The outer layer of the jacket is made of durable nylon, which has hydrophobic properties that slow the penetration of water into the subsequent layers of clothing. Shoulder reinforcements increase resistance to wear during intensive use. The back construction allows a vest with a rear panel to be worn under the jacket without unnecessarily restricting freedom of movement.
3L MEMBRANE
The model uses a three-layer 3L membrane that provides waterproofness of 25000 mm water column and breathability of 15000 g/m2/24h. It protects against adverse weather conditions while supporting the removal of excess heat and moisture. Side zippers allow additional ventilation during intense exertion.
Spacious pockets
The jacket is equipped with four pockets: two on the shoulders and two on the front. Two additional pass-through pockets provide access to equipment carried under the jacket. This solution makes it easier to use the pockets of the base clothing without having to remove the hardshell.
two-way zipper, stabilizing snaps
The jacket is equipped with a full-length two-way zipper that makes it easier to put on and take off the garment. The fit of the jacket has been adapted for wearing over a plate carrier ballistic vest. Snaps placed in the upper and middle sections allow the jacket to be stabilized on accouterment, limiting its shifting during movement. The quick-release zip used allows the jacket to be removed efficiently when needed. The quick-release zip used allows the jacket to be removed efficiently when needed.
Stowable hood, adjustable side panels
The fit of the jacket can be adjusted using side panels and a waist belt fastened with a buckle. Adjustable cuffs help limit heat loss and fit the garment to the figure and the remaining layers of clothing. This solution makes it easier to adapt the jacket to the way accouterment is worn and to current conditions of use. The model is also equipped with an adjustable hood made of membrane fabric. Its construction has been adapted for use with a helmet and additional equipment.
velcro panels
Velcro panels have been sewn onto the shoulders, allowing any emblems to be attached, for example a national flag, unit insignia, so-called Morale Patches or an IR patch.

MultiCam camouflage
MultiCam is a modern camouflage pattern developed in 2002 by the American company Crye Precision in cooperation with the United States Army Soldier Systems Center (Natick Labs) as part of the Objective Force Warrior programme. Its aim was to create a universal camouflage pattern effective in varied terrain and changing environmental conditions.
The MultiCam pattern consists of seven colours, creating gradient transitions between shades of green, brown and beige. Thanks to this, it dynamically adapts to the background, taking on shades of green in forested areas or browns and beiges in desert regions - in the environment of Central and Eastern Europe it works particularly well in the autumn period and among dry vegetation. MultiCam has gained recognition worldwide and is used by numerous armed forces and special units. In 2010, the camouflage was officially adopted by the US Army as the camouflage pattern for soldiers stationed in Afghanistan, replacing the earlier Universal Camouflage Pattern (UCP). This pattern is also available to civilian users, making it a popular choice among military enthusiasts and airsoft players.
