MultiCam Camouflage
MultiCam represents a cutting-edge camouflage design introduced in 2002 by US-based Crye Precision, developed in collaboration with the United States Army Soldier Systems Center (Natick Labs) as an element of the Objective Force Warrior initiative. Designed to provide superior concealment across diverse terrains and under variable environmental conditions, the MultiCam pattern incorporates seven colors, featuring seamless transitions between greens, browns, and beiges. Thanks to this, it adjusts effectively to its surrounding environment, exhibiting green hues in woodland settings and blending into brown and beige landscapes in arid and desert areas. In Central and Eastern Europe, MultiCam performs exceptionally during the autumn season and amidst dry vegetation. Recognized on a global scale, this pattern has been adopted by numerous military forces and special operations units. In 2010, the US Army officially selected the pattern for its personnel deployed in Afghanistan, superseding the previous Universal Camouflage Pattern (UCP). Civilian enthusiasts can also access MultiCam, making it a favored option among fans of military gear and airsoft alike.
