A tactical medical backpack with a capacity of 28 liters intended for carrying and storing essential first aid items. It is made of durable and abrasion-resistant 500D nylon. The model was designed for mounting on the Mission Frame framework, which allows for better distribution of the carried load and provides greater stability under heavy loads. The backpack can also be carried on its own. It will prove particularly useful during dynamic operations that require frequent changes to the configuration of the carried equipment.

The 500D nylon used in production is characterised by high durability, making the backpack suitable for intensive use. Reinforcement of the material with a Rip-Stop weave prevents the fabric from tearing and fraying, even in the event of local damage. The zippers used in the backpack are two-way and are also equipped with pulls that make them easier to open and close.

The backpack is equipped with a spacious compartment closed with a zipper. The compartment opens along its full length, providing quick access to the contents during first aid. Inside there is a clear organisation system: five mesh pockets, two flat pockets, two organiser panels. The system is attached with velcro panels, which makes it easier to remove individual elements when needed. Additionally, inside there are MOLLE-compatible loops and openings that allow a cord to be threaded through, enabling the contents to be fully customised to the user's needs.

The model features numerous MOLLE system straps allowing additional equipment to be attached. The rectangular front velcro allows any patch or emblem to be attached, for example a national flag, unit insignia or so-called Morale Patches.

The backpack is equipped with adjustable, padded shoulder straps that allow an optimal fit to the body. A practical carry handle is sewn onto the top, making it easier to lift and carry the backpack. The design of the model allows a hip belt to be mounted.
It was designed so that it can be integrated with the Mission Frame framework. Thanks to the mounting system, the backpack connects to the carrying frame, allowing stable transport of heavier loads. This configuration makes it easier to transport heavy equipment by distributing its weight onto the frame and relieving the user's back. If necessary, the backpack can be quickly detached and used on its own, giving the user flexibility in adapting the set to the type of activities and operations being carried out.
