Not a bad mug. I use it in the car while traveling, the spout does the job and makes drinking easier (no need to tilt the mug so much, eyes on the road). It keeps heat decently, not outstanding, but usually enough for 3-4 hours. The paint/lacquer comes off when bumped, which doesn't bother me, but could be a problem for others.
