Long object, which for me is already a plus, because when the opponent has a knife, it’s easier to subdue him. I recommend it just in case for defense. Not too expensive.

The stick is indeed solid, though we will see in use if it doesn't break on something hard—you never know! But now after purchase, I think it’ll be more suitable for Kendo training than for self-defense. The old reliable police baton would be better because of its flexibility! And don't say it's balanced! If it were supposed to be, it would need a handle for two hands, and even then it wouldn’t be quite right!
