The workmanship and materials used are top-notch. Very good coating. Exceptionally well-balanced. The grip is very secure. The holster is well made, but it's not really suitable for concealed carry (unless with winter clothing). ESP makes products primarily with service personnel in mind, where discretion is not necessary. For me, it mostly travels in the pocket of my jeans. After a few openings, the mechanism works perfectly. As for the play... yes, there is some slight play, but it is intentional (it's even described in the manual). Check out the video on ESP's official YouTube channel where their representative repeatedly buries it in mud and it works flawlessly. You absolutely can't do that with batons where the tolerances are smaller (we're talking about button batons—not friction locks). It's immediately clear that it is designed to withstand the worst conditions with ease. The slight play has no impact on usability and durability (in fact, it helps with it).

Overall, everything is fine, but there is one problem: there is a lot of slack after unfolding, at first it doesn't always unfold completely, but after some time everything starts to work fine.

Phenomenal telescopic baton. ESP is the unrivaled number one in Poland, the only one that can compete with ASP. Great lock and excellent holster included. And all this at an attractive price.

Handy, not too long, so it's comfortable both to carry and use. The mechanisms work well, though at first you need to "break them in" a bit. The special grip in the holster, designed to hold the tip and allow you to immediately draw the extended baton, works, but if it bothers you, it can be removed so you can always open it manually. Hopefully I'll never have to use it, but if necessary, everything looks really solid. Only products three times this price are better, so this is the optimal choice.

A brilliant telescopic stick where finally there is no problem with folding, because you only need to click one button. Plus, a great handle that imitates cork.

After a year of use, I am very satisfied and recommend it. Despite the previously suggested imprecise mechanism operation, the baton has worn in and I've gotten used to it, and it's okay.

I'm updating my previous review: After a few weeks of using the stick, the mechanism now works properly (it has worn in). When swinging, you can feel a slight looseness in the connections between the parts, but apparently that's just its nature. I'm satisfied, it's okay, I RECOMMEND :)

It's a bit rattly and has some play, but maybe that's how it's supposed to be. It doesn't always lock after unfolding, but it's getting better. I expected more satisfaction in terms of build quality and how the mechanisms work, but overall it's okay. Next time I'll probably buy an American one that's twice as expensive, maybe it'll work better. We'll see how it performs in practice.

It is easy to open and close. This is the main advantage over the competition. You don't have to tap anything, just press the button.

Overall, ESP is a recommended company. This baton is very solid, hardened, fits well in the hand. Similar batons with a button closing mechanism from other brands cost 700-800 PLN. So in my opinion, in terms of price, this is an absolute HIT. Well fitted, works smoothly. Button closure is a huge advantage, especially if you care about discretion and efficient operation. You unfold it, use it, put it away. No need to look for a piece of concrete to hit it on. I recommend it!
