Great baton, perfect for self-defense. For me, the best size; 12 is a bit too short, while 16 and possibly 18 are ideal. Not too long and not too heavy, perfect for discreet carrying, they increase the sense of security. I definitely recommend it.

Robust 16-inch (41 cm) expandable baton featuring an advanced Easy Locking System and a unique Triangular Ending ring, designed to prevent rolling on smooth surfaces. Hardened Cro-Mo 4130 steel, ergonomic grip
Cold-drawn seamless tubes made from CSN 12060 = CK55 - DIN 17200, C55E - EN 10083-1 + A1 grade Cro-Mo 4130 steel are utilized in the construction of the baton sections. Owing to the chromium and molybdenum alloying elements, this steel demonstrates exceptional resistance to high tensile, bending, and breaking forces. The baton sections are further treated with a black nickel-zinc (Ni-ZN) finish that offers outstanding wear resistance and are hardened to a surface hardness of 40-50 HRC.
Equipped with a profiled, ergonomic HE (Ergonomic Grip) handle built from synthetic, hypoallergenic, and highly flexible rubber, the baton offers a secure and comfortable grip. This design ensures stability in hand and enhances the user's technique control.
Easy-Lock
The Easy-Lock system enables the baton to be deployed in two distinct ways: either with a traditional swing or by pulling the tip of the baton. Utilizing the second method is advantageous in tight situations where a full swing is not feasible or when a discreet action is needed. One-handed closure is possible by unlocking the Easy-Lock system through pressing the button at the base of the handle; then, by bracing the tip against any surface, the baton can be folded.
