A robust, expandable baton measuring 20 inches (51 cm), equipped with an advanced Easy Lock locking system and a Triangular Ending ring designed to stop the baton from rolling on smooth surfaces. hardened Cro-Mo 4130 steel, ergonomic HE-type grip
Cold-drawn seamless tubes classified as CSN 12060 = CK55 - DIN 17200, C55E - EN 10083-1 + A1 are utilized for the construction of the baton segments, fabricated from Cro-Mo 4130 steel. Owing to the chromium and molybdenum alloying elements, this steel is capable of enduring high levels of tensile, bending, and stretching stresses. Additionally, the baton segments are protected with a black nickel-zinc (Ni-ZN) coating, delivering superior resistance to abrasion. The segments are specially hardened, achieving a hardness range of 40-50 HRC.
A contoured and ergonomic HE (Ergonomic Grip) handle in khaki is crafted from a flexible, synthetic, and hypoallergenic rubber, providing a secure and reliable hold.
Easy Lock, button for unfolding
The locking system is designed to let you extend and secure the baton segments rapidly without requiring a swinging motion—only a minimal action is necessary. Releasing the lock is achieved by pressing the button situated at the base of the handle. This practical and reliable solution ensures discreet deployment, making it ideal for situations such as use on public transportation or when surrounded by others.
The Easy Lock system enables the baton to be opened in two different ways: in the traditional manner by swinging, or by simply pulling the tip. The latter method proves especially effective when space is limited or when a higher level of discretion is necessary. Stowing the baton is straightforward as well—just press the Easy Lock button found at the end of the handle and collapse the baton by pressing its tip against any solid surface.
Rotating holster with belt mount
Supplied with a rotating BH-55-A holster crafted from reinforced polypropylene, the baton can be conveniently worn on a belt in either the closed or extended position. The holster is designed to hold the baton securely at any angle, offering adjustable settings to suit individual preferences.
A further enhancement from the manufacturer includes a universal UBC-05-A Quick Change System belt attachment, enabling fast exchange of the baton holder for another holder equipped with a rotating mechanism. The UBC-05-A attachment is compatible with most belts measuring 38-56 mm in width, and can even accommodate up to 68 mm when the adjustment is removed.

Easy Lock
The Easy Lock mechanism in ESP expandable batons allows for quick extension with a flick of the wrist, pulling the tip, or automatically when drawn from the BHT holster. Concealing is achieved with a push button lock, without the need to strike a hard surface. The mechanism remains functional after more than 6000 cycles, withstands drops from 2 meters onto concrete, and works even after being submerged in mud.
Triangular Ending
The Triangular Ending on ESP expandable batons has a triangular cross-section, which prevents the baton from rolling away on smooth surfaces such as floors or concrete. This allows the user to maintain control of the equipment in dynamic situations and to quickly regain hold of the baton after putting it down.

The baton unfolds and folds easily. Importantly, accidental pressing of the lock does not cause uncontrolled unfolding of the baton. At first, the play between the parts of the baton is a bit irritating, but that's the nature of this type and it doesn't affect its durability or usability. The case is fine. This baton is definitely different from anything I've seen so far. It can be easily unfolded and folded. The case can be carried comfortably and can also be attached to other cases. The baton does not unfold rigidly like others, but has a little play and every element can be rotated. I recommend both the product and the store!

This is my second baton of this type, I also have one from Coyote. The baton unfolds and folds easily. Importantly, an accidental pressing of the lock does not cause the baton to unfold uncontrollably. At the beginning, the play between the segments is a bit annoying, but that's how this type is, it doesn't affect durability or handling confidence. The holster is okay. I recommend both the product and the store.

I was looking for a handy one that you don't have to bang against walls or the ground to close. And so that it can be opened discreetly. And this one is exactly like that. The mechanism works properly, although there is a slight play in the connections of the individual segments, but that's how they are, because my friend's identical one is the same. It looks better than in the picture. I recommend both the product and the store.

I bought it because within a month my small dogs were attacked by huge dogs. This time I'm prepared and will defend them as best as I can. The telescopic baton is quite easy to use, it extends and retracts easily. I wanted something solid, that’s why I chose this one. I also wanted a triangular tip, so if the baton falls, it won't roll away. I carry it in my purse in a spot that allows me to pull it out with one move! The shop service was top notch; I ordered around midnight and received it the next day just after 2 p.m.! I was impressed and still am :-) Thank you!

I have this little gadget and I honestly recommend it. It's worth spending a bit more money to get professional equipment; it doesn't break like a regular baton. Luckily, it hasn't been used because there was no need.

Super baton, tested and works well, the only downside is that after prolonged use the handle stains the hand. For training, I recommend using a glove and the problem is solved.
