Rugged mummy-style sleeping bag designed to promote an optimal sleeping posture and offer freedom of movement throughout the night. Crafted from premium nylon, featuring a tough exterior and insulated with duck down and feathers.

Sleeping bag Nordkapp features temperature ratings in compliance with EN 13537 standards:

• T-comfort: -5 C – the lowest temperature at which a female user can remain comfortably asleep throughout the night,
• T-limit: -11 C – the minimal temperature at which a male user can sleep without experiencing discomfort,
• T-extreme: -25 C – the absolute minimum temperature for survival inside the sleeping bag. Regular use at this temperature is not advised.

Both shell and lining utilize lightweight 20D nylon treated with a hydrophobic WR coating (Water Repellent) to resist moisture absorption. The fabric impregnation minimizes water ingress. An internal small pocket is provided for storing accessories, complemented by loops designed for securing an additional insulating liner.

Effective thermal insulation and optimized air circulation are provided by a filling of Polish duck down in a 91/9 ratio. Featuring a fill power of 700 cuin, the down offers excellent compressibility, making it easy to pack the sleeping bag to a compact size. The H-shaped baffle design keeps the down evenly distributed and prevents it from bunching. Engineered to match the natural sleeping position of the feet, the shark-fin shaped footbox enhances thermal comfort, increases freedom of movement, reduces overall pressure, and contributes to improved sleep quality. The bottom is angled and sewn at 70 degrees.

Equipped with a two-way zipper positioned on the right side, the sleeping bag enables full opening from both the top and bottom for effortless access. The fluorescent puller ensures quick and easy unzipping even in low-light conditions. Thanks to the Anti-Bite system, the fabric remains protected from snags during zipper operation. An internal thermal baffle provides additional insulation.

Enhanced thermal protection comes from the integrated 3D hood, which envelops the head to minimize heat loss in cold environments. Its ergonomic design serves as a barrier against both wind and moisture. The DUO drawcord incorporates elastic and webbing; the elastic section at the neck permits the arm to move freely without adjustments, while the rear tape ensures rapid loosening—ideal for nighttime use. Located at shoulder height, the internal thermal collar consists of a down-insulated tube with an adjustable drawcord, forming an effective seal against cold air infiltration and significantly boosting thermal comfort during rest.

Designed for portability and convenience, this model can be packed down to a compact size of 36 x 19 cm and has a weight of just 1150 g, allowing for effortless transportation without overloading your equipment.
