I had these sights together with the aperture sight. They were mounted on an AR15 as backup sights for competition shooting. They held zero nicely; you just have to be careful, because when they are offset, it is easier to knock them out of position by hitting them against something.

Made of metal, so for the higher price you pay, you get the confidence that it won't get bent during a harder fall. A nice addition if you can't afford to have co-witness either through or under the red dot sight.

Well made, metal, with manual lock in the open position, with adjustment option, sits stably on the rail. At least for me, it aligns axially with the barrel at 45 degrees. I recommend it.

I was positively surprised by the build quality – supposedly Leapers UTG, so rather a lower price tier, but still completely made of metal and very precise – some theoretically better (more expensive) brands fall short in quality. Unfortunately, it's not spring-loaded (you have to unfold it yourself), but it has a kind of cross-pin safety that prevents it from folding by itself after a shot.
