Frame for Tasmanian Tigers TT Base Carrier Backpacks - Olive
Modular transport platform designed for carrying heavy and non-standard loads weighing up to 55 kg. The construction is made of durable Cordura 700D from 100% polyamide and features an internal reinforced frame and the X1 Plus carry system. Numerous MOLLE system surfaces, side attachment loops and compression straps allow the platform to be expanded and help stabilize the carried equipment.
Cordura 700D and DWR finish
The platform is made of Cordura 700D consisting of 100% polyamide. The material combines high abrasion and tear resistance with lower weight than heavier Cordura variants used in transport accouterment.
The surface is protected with a PFC/PFAS-free hydrophobic DWR finish, which limits the material's absorption of moisture and makes it easier for water to run off its surface.
X1 Plus carry system and reinforced frame
The X1 Plus carry system used has been adapted for carrying heavy loads. The internal reinforced frame is responsible for stabilizing the structure and helps distribute the weight of the carried load.
The system includes adjustable shoulder straps, a height-adjustable chest strap and a detachable padded contoured hip belt. Additional load control straps make it easier to fit the platform to the body and stabilize the weight while moving.
MOLLE, compression straps and loop system
A MOLLE system has been used in the key attachment zones, allowing compatible pouches and modules to be attached. Side loops and the attachment loop system also allow non-standard pieces of equipment to be additionally secured.
On the sides there are compression straps that allow the load to be tightened and stabilized. The platform can be expanded with, among others, the TT Base Carrier Pack 65, TT Base Carrier Flap, TT Front-Side Pouch 16 Set and TT Modular Quiver Set.
Dimensions, weight and load capacity
The platform measures 65 x 35 x 5 cm and weighs approximately 2,5 kg. The maximum load weight declared by the manufacturer is 55 kg.

Cordura is a material woven from durable nylon fibers, developed by DuPont. The structure of the material provides lightness and abrasion resistance, as well as weather resistance. Due to its properties, Cordura is widely used in tactical equipment.
DWR (Durable Water Repellency) is a durable waterproofing treatment that increases the surface tension of water and creates a hydrophobic coating on materials. It protects the material from rapid soaking, improves drying, provides stain resistance and increases breathability.
MOLLE (Modular Lightweight Load-carrying Equipment) is a system for attachment of tactical equipment, used for example in backpacks or tactical vests. It provides the possibility of flexible and modular placement of various accessories and pockets, which allows personalization and optimal adjustment of the item to the specific needs of the user. It is widely used by the military, special services and survival and outdoor enthusiasts.
PALS (Pouch Attachment Ladder System) is a modular mounting system for pockets and pouches, used in the MOLLE system. It consists of horizontally sewn rows of 1 inch (25.4 mm) wide, fixed spacing webbing (such as on a backpack) and vertical webbing for attachment and threading (on a pocket). This system is usually equipped with snaps, which further secures the pinned items.
