The shirt is indeed very warm, you can feel a significant difference compared to other thermal shirts I own. Following the size chart, I took XXL and I feel that I could fit into XL as well. I'll buy a smaller size sometime and try it. I would recommend it for moderate activity in lower temperatures, you especially appreciate it while resting, it keeps warmth in the most important parts of the back and chest.

The shirt is very tight to the body and rides up; after 8 hours of work, it may chafe your armpits. 4F has looser shirts, and you have to be careful with Velcro because you can pull out threads.
