The backpack looks inconspicuous but is VERY roomy. The material it is made of is very soft - so if you don't fill the backpack completely, it bends in a funny way ;) I personally didn't have this problem, because most of the time I carried a laptop against my back. Unfortunately, when I needed to carry something heavier, the strap at the top tore off. I fixed what the factory did and sewed it myself. I'm still using it and I'm satisfied.
