Fully assembled gearbox in EON V2 (FSG) version with a complete cycle – delivering 450 FPS / 1.9 J – features a built-in TITAN II Bluetooth system and is designed for use in M4/M16 replicas, offering a premium solution for users seeking a high-grade, ready-to-install gearbox.

The housing is compatible with 8 mm bearings and crafted from robust 7075-T6 aluminum, precision CNC machined for reliability.

The electronic Titan II Bluetooth V2 system offers trigger sensitivity tuning, fire mode configuration, and safeguards the battery and entire gearbox against damage. Incorporating Bluetooth 5.2 technology, users gain direct access to configuration settings, allowing programming via smartwatch or other Gate devices.

A gear sensor monitors both the direction and count of gear rotations, enhancing cycle accuracy within replicas. The optical trigger sensor supports up to 50 different sensitivity levels for the initial millimeter of trigger pull.

A multifunction port is integrated in the controller, enabling connection of additional accessories such as a bolt catch magazine sensor or Hop-Up chamber tracer.

Dual selector sensors provide the following selectable modes:
- Safe (blocks firing)
- Semi (fires one BB per trigger pull)
- Binary (fires on both trigger pull and release)
- Burst (shoots a predetermined number of BBs)
- Burst/Auto (extends burst fire if trigger remains engaged after the cycle ends)
- Auto (sustains fire while the trigger is depressed)
- Semi Ramping – (rapid trigger pulls escalate to Auto mode)

The system enables magazine simulation with lower capacities than actual mags and allows adjusting the number of shots from 1 to 250 before a mandatory reload.

The module features Pre-Cocking capability which cocks the spring after each shot for immediate readiness, offering a split-second operational advantage. Pre-cocking functions across all fire modes and is fully automatic without manual setup.

Integrated mosfet supports ROF (rate of fire) adjustment, so users can set their desired rounds-per-second independent of battery selection.

Built-in protection for LiPo and LiFe batteries helps extend life span by monitoring voltage through a microprocessor, preventing operation when critically low voltage is detected. Cell count recognition is automatic.
