This is exactly the kind of first aid kit I was looking for – discreet, solidly made, with a functional interior and spacious enough to fit plenty of sterile gauze pads, bandages, and a medium-sized bottle of Betadine.

Fairly spacious pouch, suitable not only as a first aid kit but can also easily serve as an organizer or a small bag. Inside there are additional straps for securing gear. The zippers open all the way to the bottom, making access to the interior easy. At this price, it's a really good and lightweight pouch.

The pouch is quite spacious. It's nice that it has the MOLLE system. Unfortunately, inside the pouch there are only a few elastic bands and that's all. All the equipment inside moves around loosely. The material, craftsmanship, and zipper look solid.

For 25 PLN, it's okay, but it's more suitable as a pouch than a first aid kit. In my opinion, it's missing some stitching on those two elastic bands because it's hard to put anything in there, since they're too big and everything rattles around. I also don't understand those bands holding both sides; they make it harder to access your gear. On the plus side, there's the MOLLE system. As a pouch, it's even okay. If you're looking to use it as a first aid kit, I recommend choosing something else.

I bought the pouch with the intention of using it as a first aid kit, but over time it actually became a container for other small items and it is better suited for that. As a first aid kit, the interior isn't thoroughly thought out for that specific purpose. However, the material and MOLLE system are a plus.

Very good pouch for a first aid kit. The size is perfect for me. Solid material, seems resistant to tearing. Zippers run smoothly, holds everything I wanted. I personally recommend it.

I already have a first aid kit but I bought the medical pouch as an organizer where I keep a flashlight, folding knife, fire starter, and many other things. The product is made of durable polyester, well sewn and inexpensive, it meets my expectations. I recommend it, but maybe not necessarily as an organizer but as a medical pouch.

Spacious and durable pouch at a very affordable price. Inside, straps and compartments make it easy to organize handy dressing materials. Can be attached to a backpack or belt. Compatible with molle systems.

The pouch is very spacious and well made. Thanks to the inner strap and compartments, you can organize things. It can easily serve as an EDC first aid kit. The price is very appealing.

Very good quality. Holds a lot for its size. Only missing a Velcro for a patch. I recommend it
