Medical pouch designed as a foundation for building a compact first aid kit, ideal for carrying an essential medical set on a daily basis.

Competition Med Kit is composed of two main parts: an external pocket crafted from Cordura and an internal organizer for medical supplies. The interior features elastic loops that securely hold gear, while the reinforced, anti-slip handle ensures rapid access during emergencies. On the outside, elastic cords allow for compressing the pouch or attaching extra gear.

Compatible with the Competition series and adaptable to the Helikon-Tex Modular Belt Sleeve or other belts up to 50 mm wide. The universal MOLLE/PALS system supports vertical or horizontal carry options.

The first aid kit is made of good quality materials. Unfortunately, the manufacturer's photos are very misleading, and the insert can't hold as much as shown in the promotional pictures. The external elastics can't fit a tourniquet in a way that allows for a quick draw. 185 PLN for such a product is definitely too much; I bought mine at a 50% discount, and that price is more appropriate for what you get. The Competition Med Kit works great as a pouch for an individual dressing. In my case, I fit: a four-inch Israeli bandage from JB Tacticals (I checked, and Rhino Rescue also fits), gauze, and two pairs of gloves. There was still some space left inside, e.g. for a nasopharyngeal airway tube. I think if I fiddled a bit more and, for example, took the dressing out of its first foil or bought a flatter dressing, I could fit a second gauze or another dressing. The packed first aid kit is about the size of an L/XL-sized hand. In one of the photos, a knife is shown for scale.

Poor product. The reference photos from Helikon are completely unrealistic - you can't fit an Olaes modular bandage in this first aid kit, neither the 4'' regular nor the 4'' flat-packed versions. Putting such a bandage inside pushes the material of the kit so much that you can't "tear it off" anymore, and when mounted on MOLLE to a tactical belt, it is uncomfortable. The JBTacticals 4'' Israeli type dressing is also too big. Additionally, the manufacturer has skimped so much on the elastic cords on the sides that even when empty it's hard to squeeze in a tourniquet, let alone take it out quickly in a stressful situation. So what is the point of a personal tear-away first aid kit if you can't even fit the bare minimum in it?

Great little pouch. This isn't a replacement for a full IFAK. For context I can fit an Israeli bandage and tourniquet inside and it is full. It is mounted on my plate carrier, it looks clean and keeps my bare essential TQ and bandage clean and accessible. I really love helikon products and I have ten years military experience to compare them against. This would also fit great on a battle belt or somewhere where you need to keep a low profile

A well-thought-out layout of the pockets, which may seem quite small at first glance. The internal insert is easy to remove with one hand on both sides. Additionally, it's available at an affordable price. I recommend it.

At first glance, it might not seem very spacious, but after packing the medical equipment from the IFAK kit, it turns out that everything fits, although tightly. The pouch is solid and very well made.

A well-thought-out design for the most important dressing supplies. The quality of workmanship is very high. I always carry it attached to my tactical belt at the range—the tourniquet is in a separate pouch. I recommend it.

The right size for a shooting belt, although it requires careful selection of contents and some thought when packing dressings and other equipment.

The first aid kit is not traditional like others, meaning it is not a rip-away type. It's more of a pouch for a medical supplies insert, but it works great and fits a lot.

A very nice first aid kit - it fits almost the entire IFAK (tourniquet on the outside, scissors for example on the vest) - very handy, easy to pull out from either side.

The first aid kit can fit the minimum supplies that an IFAK should include, assuming, for example, a tourniquet will be attached outside with rubber bands. It is definitely more suitable for the shooting range than for war. On the plus side: it is solidly sewn, can be mounted vertically or horizontally, and the insert can be easily pulled out from both sides. If it were a few centimeters larger, I would rate it 5/5.

This is probably the first Helikon product that I'm a bit disappointed with. The exterior is very well made. The interior seems rather delicate, so we'll see if it holds up over time. And the size—it's missing about half a centimeter in width. I only put 2 dressings inside and it's already quite bulging. Placing a tourniquet in the side elastics is quite a challenge, and I don't know how it's possible to do it as shown in Helikon's photos (not to mention the practicality of such a solution and quick access to the tourniquet).

A small pouch that allows you to carry a rescue kit in case of a gunshot wound. The elastic bands can be used to attach a tourniquet pouch. A huge plus is the ability to carry it horizontally, and thanks to closures on both ends, the contents can be accessed with either the left or right hand when the pouch is oriented horizontally.

Very good quality and workmanship, interesting color, I have already ordered 6 of these. They could be bigger, the strap fits just right.

Unfortunately, the workmanship is not entirely aesthetic. But the design itself is a plus.

Unfortunately, the first aid kit disappointed me a little; as equipment for the shooting range, it should fit the appropriate equipment, but I couldn't fit the basic items—an Israeli bandage takes up almost the entire kit, the large WP bandage as well, even a vacuum one, you can add things but only flat ones and you still can't fit in the insert for scissors, 19cm scissors are too big, the tourniquet only fits on the outside (which isn't bad) but that's all, maybe I wanted to place too much and it's too bulky. The first aid kit is well sewn and made from good materials, rating 4/5. I RECOMMEND IT.
