Generally, it's a great thing for the military and for the city. Inside, there are two compartments and after opening, each one has a strap at the bottom to keep the contents from falling out due to gravity. You can't pack most things in it, BUT in this first aid kit, the only sensible set is: COMPRESSED GAUZE in one compartment, and in the other: PLASTERS, TRIBIOTIC GEL, and ALCOHOL SWABS. Nothing else really makes sense to put there; basically for disinfection and use, these four items are enough. In terms of size, it fits perfectly in a uniform pocket on the calf or in the front and back pockets of jeans and doesn't stick out - you can carry it like a phone. One star was taken off because the side pocket is not closed and the contents as well as the pocket itself get VERY DIRTY inside from clothing material, sand, and dust very quickly. As emergency additional equipment for a main first aid kit for going outdoors or to the city, it is definitely suitable. However, if you plan to store anything else in it than those listed above - the m-tac city Med pouch will be better. The only problem with it is the volume - after putting compressed gauze inside, it expands a lot, same with tools. Only thin items will fit in this one. With this choice, you don't have to worry about the contents getting dirty.
