As an almost devoted follower of Helikon clothing, with most of my wardrobe coming from this brand, I still can't get used to Helikon's baseball caps. I think Helikon makes them way too shallow, which feels odd on my head. Unfortunately, this cap reinforces that impression. I find the Condor or FlexFit types much more comfortable. Here we have mesh instead of full material, which improves air circulation—but not everywhere; there's a rather large and wide piece of material on the forehead, which increases sweating. Additionally, the outer material is not suitable for the forest, as it can be easily snagged and damaged, and all the forest debris sticks to it. I'm not convinced it provides better airflow than a typical trucker cap with mesh on the back half. The three velcro areas on the cap offer broad customization options—that's a plus. The cap definitely looks unique and stylish. It attracts attention and some may like it. What puts me off is the odd shape and questionable practical use.
