Outdoor Tactical Pants represent an enhanced version of the renowned UTP (Urban Tactical Pants) design. In contrast to the UTP, the OTP model utilizes a fabric developed with 4-Way Elastic technology, delivering superior stretch in every direction, rapid moisture evaporation, excellent shape retention, minimal weight, and outstanding breathability. The addition of Teflon to the material further enhances its resistance to dirt and stains. A thoughtfully designed pocket layout and generous storage space ensure these pants are exceptionally suited for city environments and provide reliable performance during any outdoor adventure.

10 spacious pockets

The pants feature ten pockets in total:

  • two standard mesh hip pockets with reinforced openings
  • four thigh pockets—including two spacious mesh pockets secured with zippers and two slim pockets fastened with Velcro
  • four back pockets—comprising two large mesh pockets and two smaller ones situated inside the larger pockets

Additionally, internal leg pockets at the knee area allow for the insertion of protective pads.

Easy fit of the pants to the figure

A wide velcro closure replaces a traditional button on the pants, providing up to 6 cm of adjustability. An elastic band integrated into the waistband enhances the pants' adaptability to the wearer's unique body shape.

Two front belt loops are outfitted with extra loops at the bottom, offering attachment points for accessories such as a carabiner.

MultiCam represents a cutting-edge camouflage pattern introduced in 2002 by the American firm Crye Precision in collaboration with the United States Army Soldier Systems Center (Natick Labs), as a component of the Objective Force Warrior initiative.     These trousers fully meet my expectations. I plan to wear them during mountain walks on colder days. They are flexible and fit very well. I am 183 cm tall and of average build; I chose size M long. The material is high-quality, stretches in every direction, and also provides protection against wind and water. The hook-and-loop (Velcro) fastening is very practical, allowing precise adjustment of the trousers. The belt loops and mesh-lined pockets are also useful, helping with ventilation. There are no ventilation openings or adjustments at the bottom of the legs, but there are small holes to make such modifications, which I will probably do. The trousers are very well made, especially considering the price. I chose the red ones for visibility during hikes, although they will work well for various activities. I also work outdoors, and this model is suitable for work too. I'm considering buying a lighter version for warmer days. I definitely recommend them.

    Very good trousers for trekking and climbing for most of the year. Although I didn't know about Helikon-Tex products before, after watching a few reviews on YouTube, I decided to order the VesaStretch trousers as an alternative to more well-known brands. I chose the red and black variant, whose color scheme fits perfectly with my outdoor activities—and it was also on sale. After testing, I can say that the quality matches Fjällräven or Columbia trousers, and they are definitely better than CMP and Decathlon. I appreciate the Velcro, the number of belt loops and pockets, and the YKK zippers. Besides, the price is really attractive. I'm 184 cm tall and weigh 90 kg, I normally take XL in Helikon-Tex, but because of the stretchy material, this model slipped off my waist, so I returned it and ordered L.

    These are my first Helikon OTP pants and my biggest worry was getting the right size. With my waist at 88 cm, hips at 94 cm, and height at 178 cm, size M (32/32) turned out to be perfect – with other companies it would be too small, but thanks to the Velcro straps and the fabric, these pants have become the foundation of my summer work outfit. All the essential features like D-rings and magazine pockets are in the right place, and the holes for stopper cords are there too 👍🏻. I will definitely go for another Helikon model because these are great – very comfortable during hot weather, especially with the pockets open.

    I bought them some time ago on sale (if I had known they'd get so expensive, I would have bought more). I usually wear UTPs, but when the heatwaves came, I dug these out from the cave. Dude – they're awesome. Lightweight, fit the shape of your legs perfectly 😂. And your legs don't sweat. The mesh pockets make you feel like you're wearing swim trunks with long legs. Girls look at them in the store and guys envy you for your style (and your pants). Highly recommend.

    The pants are very stretchy. I am 178 cm tall and weigh 75 kg – size medium regular fits me perfectly. The fabric is a bit rustling, so if you value completely quiet materials, it's worth keeping in mind. The material makes a great quality impression!

    Really very comfortable trousers. I have two pairs, grey and beige. Washed and dried in the dryer. So far no signs of wear. I can't say about the color because I have nothing to compare with new ones. For me, they're perfect for early autumn/spring. Unfortunately in summer, even though the fabric is thin, it's a bit too warm for me—I feel myself sweating.

    I have extensively tested these pants by wearing them every day. I also own the UTP version in RipStop, but the OTP with VersaStretch are thinner, more comfortable and lighter. Extra stitching makes the pants more durable in sensitive areas (I wear a multitool and a badge with a clip every day - no visible wear). The only mistake I made was putting a pen in the narrow front thigh pockets - you can see small abrasions on the outer layer of the material. I will definitely buy them again, or the improved version if it appears on militaria.pl.

    Very comfortable trousers, I already have two pairs, grey and beige. They provide good wind protection, directly on your skin they are good for temperatures between 0-10°C, but above 15°C they're definitely too warm. The pocket layout is like in UTP trousers, which is why I like these pants. Height 190cm, 106cm waist, my size is XXL Long version.

    Very comfortable, very light, well-sewn pants. The actual color is a little different from what you see in the picture. They rustle quite loudly when walking, which should probably be considered a disadvantage and taken into account when buying, if that might bother someone during a mission. The arrangement and functionality of the pockets is great. Strong, elastic material that dries quickly. Overall, a great product but very expensive. I recommend it!
