I have appreciated the Polish brand Helikon Tex for years, so I decided to buy their compass as well, even though I already have several others. It is truly a very successful product — the needle works with remarkable precision and does not stick even when the housing is tilted quite a lot. The strap can admittedly be replaced with a stronger one, but the current one also does its job. It also pairs very well with a watch in a black plastic case. I definitely recommend it.

Good material for a backup compass or for occasional use or an emergency kit. I haven't used the watch itself as a compass so far, but during mountain trips it was nice to glance at it and mentally confirm the direction. If your mind is calm, your walk is more pleasant. The price is not high, so I think the money spent on the purchase was worth it.

Hello, a nice, handy compass with a rotating dial that allows you to determine the general direction you want to go. It will definitely be useful for people walking in the forest.

The compass is probably not suitable for fast marches where you want to quickly check the direction, as it always needs a bit of time to find north. If you don't care about speed, it will be great.

I’ll say right away, it's not suitable for indicating the direction of walking, but as a second compass it’s a very nice option. Unfortunately, the time it takes to set north is long, checking this watch takes as much time as pulling out a decent high-end compass from your pocket, but as a backup option to roughly know where north is, it's perfect.
