A perfect blend of civilian and military apparel, these pants combine a low-profile design with the practicality of tactical combat trousers. Thanks to an innovative cut, reinforced stitching, and high-quality fabric, the pants offer exceptional durability and enhanced freedom of movement.

10 spacious pockets

Featuring ten functional pockets, these shorts offer outstanding utility:

  • two standard hip-level pockets with reinforced edges
  • four thigh pockets (including two spacious zippered compartments and two slim pockets with Velcro closures)
  • four rear pockets (comprising two large pockets and two smaller inner pockets fitted within the larger ones)

Easy fit of the pants to the figure

A wide Velcro closure, adjustable by up to 6 cm, replaces the traditional button on these shorts. To enhance fit and comfort, an elastic band is integrated into the waistband, allowing the shorts to better conform to various body types. Two belt loops at the front base provide extra loops for securing items like a carabiner.

    Anyone who knows Helikon UTP pants knows more or less what to expect. The only difference is the lack of a leg below the knee... Exactly, because these shorts with an 8.5-inch length (as opposed to 11") end above the knee, which is much more comfortable. The YKK zipper on the fly works as smoothly as literally no other, you can feel the quality. For those curious about the color, Adaptive Green is very similar to the photos, maybe just a bit darker. In every other photo on different sites this color looks different and I was wondering how it would look in real life – it is as shown on the site. The sizing is accurate, the legs are quite wide, they do not restrict movement.

    Great shorts, I chose the red ones and they look beautiful, and the red is quite subdued. Lots of roomy pockets and an elastic waistband for a perfect fit. I chose size XXL, weigh 99 kg, and have a slight belly. They fit perfectly.

    The Marine Blue shorts are one of Helikon’s not entirely successful takes on classic denim. They definitely did a better job here than with their long denim-style trousers, which are terrible, but it is still worse than the other, more neutral color options of this shorts model. These shorts in the Marine Blue colorway definitely hold up worse under normal use and washing than the rest of the color variants. The sizing is standard for Helikon, true to size like the other 90% of their models.

    The Helikon-Tex UTS Denim Stretch shorts turned out to be a great choice for me for summer and everyday wear. From the outside, they resemble classic denim shorts, but in terms of comfort they are clearly better. The stretchy material makes them comfortable for walking, sitting, driving, and moving around all day. The fit is standard; nothing feels tight or restricts movement. Another big advantage is the well-designed pockets. You can easily arrange your phone, keys, wallet, and other small items, and the whole thing does not look as bulky as with regular shorts. The Marine Blue color is subdued and easy to pair with a T-shirt, shirt, or light sweatshirt. For demanding trips, I would choose a more typically outdoor model, but for the city, travel, walks, and casual outings outside town, these shorts perform very well. I am satisfied with them because they combine comfort with a good everyday look.

    Comfortable shorts with fairly wide legs. The length is standard, ending above the knee. They have plenty of well-thought-out pockets, most of which can be closed. The back pocket has an interesting cut. The zipper works smoothly, and the hook-and-loop fastener is holding well so far; hopefully it won’t lose its grip over time and start coming undone. The quality is at a high level.
