Now this is a proper jacket :) The workmanship is great, well thought out, with useful and roomy pockets. The insulation is just right for me; for extreme frosts like -20°C and below I have Helikon's Level 7, but let's be honest - that one looks like a potato sack with solid insulation. The Yukon looks more elegant and official, while at the same time being very practical. Even the hood is insulated, so my bald head doesn't get cold. On top of that, it has a smooth quilted lining - that's exactly what I needed most. For years I wore Helikon Patriot fleeces, but unfortunately the inner side of those fleeces "sticks" to most shirt fabrics, which results in tugging and wrestling every time you put the fleece on over a shirt or take it off. With the Yukon, that problem simply doesn't exist. Thanks to the smooth lining, the jacket goes on comfortably and quickly over any type of material underneath. I ordered the same size as always - XL in my case. All my fleeces, softshell, Level 7, sweatshirts, and shirts from Helikon are size XL. With this jacket in size XL, I only have reservations about the sleeve length. I don't have this problem with any other clothing item, but on the Yukon the sleeves are too long by about 2 cm. This length is reduced a bit when the jacket is zipped up, but when it's unzipped they slide down even more. It doesn't bother me that much; they cover the wrists better, which means the wind doesn't blow in between my gloves and sleeves. But it may bother others. Apart from this one issue, the only other thing to complain about is the price, because it really is steep. But I managed to bring it down a bit with saved-up KSK points. In any case - I am very satisfied with this jacket. It was hard on the wallet, but it was worth it!

A high collar ensures comfort in rainy and windy conditions. The hood with 3-point adjustment enables a customized fit to the head based on the weather. Drawstrings at the waist and bottom hem allow for personalized fit and enhanced wind protection. Extra defense against the cold comes from Velcro-adjustable cuffs as well as drawcords in the hood and at the jacket’s bottom.
Velcro panel on the sleeve, Molle loops
Located on the left sleeve, a velcro panel sized 11 x 8.5 cm facilitates the attachment of a range of emblems, including national flags, unit badges, or so-called Morale Patches, adding a unique, personalized touch to the jacket.

The jacket impresses with its high-quality craftsmanship, durable materials, and thoughtful design. It performs well in subzero temperatures, especially when moving, though additional layers are recommended during prolonged inactivity or severe cold. Other advantages include a well-cut fit, spark resistance, and an adjustable hood. Overall, customers are very satisfied, considering the jacket a long-term investment.

I highly recommend it! A warm, comfortable, and functional jacket perfect for autumn and winter. Good, durable material, flame-retardant, as well as warming, waterproof, windproof—great for autumn and winter. The only thing I can point out is the lack of zippers on the vents in favor of drawstrings, which is a poor solution because they come undone easily and aren't durable. It's better to order zippers and replace them than to struggle with the drawstrings. The jacket is worth its price, and in my opinion, has no flaws.

A very good jacket — it is already making a great impression on me in terms of thermal insulation. The size fully matches the size chart, which is a big plus. As for the quality, it undoubtedly matches the other Helikon products that I own.

Size: L
I bought it to use for hunting. The product looks very good, but it is not suitable for hunting because of the thickness and stiffness of the hood. When the jacket is fully zipped up with the hood removed, a thick and stiff tube forms around the head like a tire, which probably protects well against the wind, but turning your head (observation!) means your ears rub against the stiff material. And it is especially bad if you have some electronic device behind your ear, because it catches on the collar all the time. Wearing a hat is out of the question, because the brim keeps rubbing against that unfortunate collar at the back, especially against its thick and stiff edge/visor. That is why I am not giving more stars, although for another kind of use it would probably be very good.

Size: XL
I chose it primarily because of the durability of the material, and in practice the jacket lived up to my expectations. Duracanvas proves to be very resistant — branches, bushes, or accidental sparks are no problem for it, which is of great importance in field conditions. It fits well, does not strain the shoulders or back, and wearing it and moving around in it is comfortable. It protects very effectively against the wind. The Coyote color is practical and not very prone to getting dirty. It works well both for intensive activities and for everyday use — exactly what one can expect. I recommend it to people who are looking for reliability and practical solutions without unnecessary flashiness.

Overall, I am satisfied with this jacket. The material seems durable, and its appearance and practicality work great outdoors, although it is also perfectly suitable for everyday wear in the city.

A solid winter jacket. Very comfortable and warm. Wind is no problem in it, and after waterproofing, rain isn't either. Combined with the Patriot fleece from Helikon, even -25 degree frosts didn't bother me.
-
Great jacket for the forest and city in winter up to -15 degrees and with layering even -20. It has replaced my Jack, which gave up after 8 years. Comfortable, well ventilated, and fits nicely. My wife appreciated the color and the cut.
-
Very nice jacket, but I wouldn't exaggerate about its warmth—in church during mass, you can get really cold in an hour during winter. Surely, if you were moving intensively, it'd be hot. What I like most are the smooth sleeves on the inside—such a great feature when putting it on. The other features are similar to Pilgrim or SAS Smock. If someone knows other Helikon jackets, they'll feel right at home.

The jacket is relatively cold, but on the plus side, it has a good pocket layout and a great hood. What puzzles me is the continuous presence of white threads on the jacket. It looks as if the insulation is coming out through the outer layer of material. I'm considering making a complaint.

A really solid winter jacket. The material is thick and durable, it protects well against wind and cold. It works both outdoors and for everyday use. A big plus is the spacious pockets and comfortable fit. Warm, practical, and still looks good even after longer use.
-
Second opinion after five months of use. The jacket is worth its price. It protects against wind and light rain. It breathes well. The material is very durable. The pockets are very functional. I sincerely recommend it.
-
The jacket is sturdy and works well in winter – it keeps you warm even in freezing temperatures, has lots of useful pockets, and is made from durable, high-quality material. I really like its style and color. The size was also perfect, so I definitely recommend this product.

I was looking for a jacket for the summer, and I was mainly convinced by the reviews posted on this site, confirmed by purchase. I tried on the Earth Brown in the store, but I wanted the Ash Grey color so I had to order my size online. And here came the reality check: numerous protruding threads (I attached just example photos), a torn loop for hanging the jacket, and the straps mentioned by someone else falling off the zippers under the armpits. Additionally, lots of threads visible on black clothes, I assume this is synthetic insulation coming out. Thermally, it's similar – nothing special. When I read that someone wears just a T-shirt at -10°C, I respect that decision and wonder what's wrong with me, because I already need a fleece and it's just about okay if the wind blows. On the plus side: the look, pockets, adjustable hood, and light weight. Looking back, I regret buying it; it's not worth it, even at the promotional price.

Great jacket. It is durable enough for light gardening work (carrying wood, minor repairs) and provides good protection against the cold even at lower temperatures and during gentle walks (the hood insulates very well). It has plenty of pockets and loops. I usually wear size XL and that's what I chose. I could have ordered an L, but it would have been a bit too tight (I have broad shoulders and I like to have extra room for clothes under the jacket: there are two internal mesh pockets for gloves, hats, etc.). I am considering waterproofing it with Nikwax, although the new jacket is already somewhat water-resistant. I really like the option of attaching a pouch or Mora knife to the external loops. I am satisfied with the purchase, because the jacket meets all my expectations.
