The product is comfortable and well designed. I am wondering if it will work well during hunting. Freedom of movement around the back is adequate. Whether it is waterproof will become apparent in use.

Great jacket, very lightweight. The zippers under the armpits are excellent when putting it on over a fleece. Too bad Helikon didn't include some kind of pouch for it, so you could pack it into your backpack nicely rolled up.
-
Great product, I ordered size S at 180 cm height and 73 kg and it fits perfectly, the sleeves are ideal and there's still room for an Alpha Tactical fleece under the jacket. I highly recommend it.

Great anorak jacket, perfect for long walks and outdoor activities. It is lightweight, breathable, does not restrict movement, and is suitable for all seasons. Materials and workmanship The front uses Duracanvas – abrasion-resistant and partially waterproof. The back is made from StormStretch – flexible, provides good air circulation, and is comfortable when wearing a backpack. The hood and sleeves can be adjusted – effective protection against gusts of wind. Functionality Spacious kangaroo pocket with a dedicated space for small items. Side pockets for hands or equipment. Zippers under the arms make ventilation easier. Summary A solid, practical, and versatile jacket for hiking, camping, or walks. It remains comfortable even during intense activity.

The description of the jacket does not capture how truly awesome it is. Brilliantly designed. (178cm 78kg) I bought size M and it is perfect, does not restrict movement, and on colder days you can wear something warm underneath and it is still comfortable. The sleeves could be 2cm shorter. Polish techwear 💪

Perfect for the forest and bushcraft, this solution with the “underhand” pocket works great—I really like this feature and it turned out to be very convenient. It’s very well made, the material is “soft” and comfortable; I expected it to be “stiffer,” so I was pleasantly surprised. As a result, the sweatshirt is very comfortable and the material seems to be very durable. I’ve only taken it on one trip so far, but I will definitely use it more often. With a mid-layer, it performed brilliantly at temperatures of 5-8 degrees. All adjustments are well thought out. I generally wear size M, and this sweatshirt in size M fits me perfectly—it’s not too big and I have room for a mid-layer. I am very satisfied with my purchase. I recommend it.

Light jacket (340g for size M); Size M is spacious enough for a person who is 1.77m tall and weighs 80kg. The material is fully hydrophobic, and both the seams and the zipper seem very durable. It gives a sense of security during bushcraft and more demanding expeditions where abrasion-resistant clothing is needed. However, you have to get used to putting it on in a poncho-like way, especially if you are used to typical jackets. A few extra pockets would be welcome.

Great jacket for transitional seasons and harsh weather conditions. The jacket shows very good workmanship, handles light rain and wind gusts well, but performs worse on colder days. Putting on a thicker sweatshirt underneath is problematic, and it's even harder to take the jacket off afterward. Even after choosing the correct size, I get the impression that the seams might not withstand the strain when putting it on. However, the side zippers are helpful, making it easier to put on and take off. The front pocket has several practical compartments and can be accessed from both sides. The material is a successful combination of waterproofness and breathability. I would definitely buy it again.

The product met my expectations in terms of quality. I use it during backpacking trips and especially appreciate the kangaroo pocket, which I can reach even with the hip belt fastened. The pocket is spacious enough to fit larger items, such as a drone. This is my first anorak, so at first I had to get used to putting it on and taking it off, but now I've mastered it. The zippers are solid, and I really appreciate the small buttons at the bottom that block the zippers from opening. I chose size 3XL – it's loose for my height of 188 cm and 105 kg, but in winter it makes it easier to wear multiple layers and put on a jacket. I'm considering buying a smaller size for warmer seasons.

For me, overall it's a great jacket: functional, solid, and you can see the quality. But it has one flaw: for me, it's unnecessarily "slim." The main issue is the narrow sleeves. I'm 184 cm/90 kg, so I chose the recommended size L and, overall, it's OK: good length, sleeves are sewn very well—they don't restrict shoulder movement, the width in the torso is a bit "slim" but tolerable (if you wear it over a shirt, etc.—it's worse over a thick fleece). But the sleeves are definitely too narrow for me: when bending my arms, it's tight around the elbows. For me, restricted movement for outdoor clothing is an instant disqualification. Still, I kept this jacket and give it a rating of 4, because everything else about it is great for me and it will be useful for me in the summer, and the price was promotional. I’ll add as a side note that I also have another Helikon jacket: the M-65 (also size L) and it's super comfortable! (even with the liner and a thick fleece). It’s possible? It is! And the sleeves are just right: wide and comfortable. Because it's a legendary field jacket—made for outdoor action. Not some currently fashionable but uncomfortable "slim"—created as if not for rational men, but for those following trends—made for parading down the street or at a party.

High quality workmanship. Purchased for mountain hikes. The middle pocket is two independent compartments plus small pockets in the outer one (e.g. phone, etc.). Side zippers (really desirable) open in two directions, a cool solution for ventilation or easy removal. With a light frost, it actually works with thermo + fleece. With a fleece underneath, XL size for 192 cm and 85 kg fits loosely.

The Helikon Woodsman Anorak Jacket - Crimson Sky/Ash Grey is the best jacket you can buy today. It combines reliable protection against wind and rain with excellent breathability, making it suitable for all kinds of outdoor conditions. The solid material ensures years of durability, while the well-thought-out design guarantees freedom of movement during walking, work, and camping. The anorak construction effectively retains warmth without overheating your body. Functional pockets always keep your essentials within reach, and the adjustable hood enhances comfort in tough weather. The Crimson Sky/Ash Grey color scheme looks modern, yet remains practical in the field. This is a jacket for people who expect quality, versatility, and reliability without compromise. It is perfect both for outdoor adventures, daily use in the city, and demanding survival activities all year round, regardless of the season and conditions.

Great anorak. After the green one, I ordered the black one too. The perfect jacket for activities from cycling to the forest or just a regular walk around the city. A thermal shirt and thin fleece work well down to -5 degrees, and even below, as long as you're moving, it’s still comfortable. Size is correct. At 182 cm and 89 kg, size L is ideal. What helps is the stretchy material on the back. And the hood, even when not worn up, protects the neck very well on windy days. If you’re hesitating, there’s no need. I highly recommend it.

Mega product. In real life, it looks better than in the pictures. Very high quality workmanship. I followed the size chart and where I usually choose XL, this time I ordered L, and with a height of 182 and 91 kg, the jacket fits perfectly without restricting movement. I bought the Taiga green, but I think I'll also be tempted by the Black version for the city. Taiga for the forest. I recommend it.

Cossack. Nicely tailored, well thought-out and fits as it should. It emphasizes an athletic figure without the baggy effect. At a height of 183 cm and weight of 78 kg, the sleeves are just right, as is the length. It fits over a thin sweatshirt, but for a fleece I'd need size L. I haven't tested the rest.
