I have size S, 173 cm/78 kg, excellent material, great cut, the taiga green color goes with everything, a nice option with zippers on the sides which makes it easier to put on and also helps with ventilation, the jacket is suitable for the city, the mountains, and survival use; it is universal and comfortable. Helikon is, of course, a class of its own, and the Militaria store, which I always recommend, offers a large selection, nice prices/good promotions, and express shipping.

Size: L
The jacket looks very good. People often complain about Helikon sizing, but in this case everything was fine. It fits perfectly. The material and stitching are flawless. So far I haven’t tested it in the field.

For just over €50, this is a very successful purchase: the size is exactly what I expected, the features are good, the build quality is solid, and the ventilation openings and flexibility of the material are major advantages. Really great! Of course, it’s not among the lightest, and it could have a few more additional pockets...

Size: L
The Helikon-Tex Woodsman Anorak jacket made a very good impression on me from the very first use. It looks attractive and at the same time seems like a truly functional option for the forest, trekking, and cooler days. The cut is comfortable and does not restrict movement, and you can easily wear a fleece or a thinner insulating layer underneath. The Coyote/Ash Grey color version looks very good, is not too conspicuous, and pairs perfectly with outdoor gear. I especially liked the roomy front pocket, where you can conveniently store gloves, a hat, a map, and other small items worth keeping close at hand. The hood protects the head well, and the anorak itself shields quite effectively against wind and slight weather changes. The material seems durable, the seams are well made, and the zippers work without any issues. This is not a typical membrane jacket for heavy rain, but for the forest, camping, walks, and trips close to nature it works very well and is comfortable to wear. I am satisfied with this purchase because it is something I genuinely like to take with me.

Size: XL
This anorak is really worth its price. The workmanship and design deserve praise – it works great as an outer layer for cooler days. The material breathes well, and the side zippers help regulate the temperature during increased activity. I own two pieces: one in size L for warmer seasons and another in size XL for winter, which allows me to wear warmer layers without restricting movement.
-
It works great during spring and summer in mountain conditions. The fabric is abrasion-resistant. The practical kangaroo pocket allows quick access to the most necessary small items.
-
I have used this jacket long enough to give it an honest review (weight 78 kg, height 184 cm). Size L was just right for me. The anorak style is classic and there’s nothing unusual about it, but it provides exactly what you’d expect. You can easily wear a thicker sweatshirt underneath without it being too bulky. The downside is the small internal pockets in the main chest pocket – there’s no way to secure items in them, so everything moves around inside, especially when putting on or taking off the jacket over your head. The side zippers work very well for ventilation, and with a little care, you can fully open them and take off the jacket over your head without shifting the contents of the pocket. The fabric, stitching, and zippers are of solid quality. If you’re looking for a functional anorak at an attractive price, this is a great choice!

The product is comfortable and well designed. I am wondering if it will work well during hunting. Freedom of movement around the back is adequate. Whether it is waterproof will become apparent in use.
-
Great jacket, very lightweight. The zippers under the armpits are excellent when putting it on over a fleece. Too bad Helikon didn't include some kind of pouch for it, so you could pack it into your backpack nicely rolled up.
-
Great product, I ordered size S at 180 cm height and 73 kg and it fits perfectly, the sleeves are ideal and there's still room for an Alpha Tactical fleece under the jacket. I highly recommend it.
-
Great anorak jacket, perfect for long walks and outdoor activities. It is lightweight, breathable, does not restrict movement, and is suitable for all seasons. Materials and workmanship The front uses Duracanvas – abrasion-resistant and partially waterproof. The back is made from StormStretch – flexible, provides good air circulation, and is comfortable when wearing a backpack. The hood and sleeves can be adjusted – effective protection against gusts of wind. Functionality Spacious kangaroo pocket with a dedicated space for small items. Side pockets for hands or equipment. Zippers under the arms make ventilation easier. Summary A solid, practical, and versatile jacket for hiking, camping, or walks. It remains comfortable even during intense activity.

The description of the jacket does not capture how truly awesome it is. Brilliantly designed. (178cm 78kg) I bought size M and it is perfect, does not restrict movement, and on colder days you can wear something warm underneath and it is still comfortable. The sleeves could be 2cm shorter. Polish techwear 💪

Perfect for the forest and bushcraft, this solution with the “underhand” pocket works great—I really like this feature and it turned out to be very convenient. It’s very well made, the material is “soft” and comfortable; I expected it to be “stiffer,” so I was pleasantly surprised. As a result, the sweatshirt is very comfortable and the material seems to be very durable. I’ve only taken it on one trip so far, but I will definitely use it more often. With a mid-layer, it performed brilliantly at temperatures of 5-8 degrees. All adjustments are well thought out. I generally wear size M, and this sweatshirt in size M fits me perfectly—it’s not too big and I have room for a mid-layer. I am very satisfied with my purchase. I recommend it.
-
Light jacket (340g for size M); Size M is spacious enough for a person who is 1.77m tall and weighs 80kg. The material is fully hydrophobic, and both the seams and the zipper seem very durable. It gives a sense of security during bushcraft and more demanding expeditions where abrasion-resistant clothing is needed. However, you have to get used to putting it on in a poncho-like way, especially if you are used to typical jackets. A few extra pockets would be welcome.

Great jacket for transitional seasons and harsh weather conditions. The jacket shows very good workmanship, handles light rain and wind gusts well, but performs worse on colder days. Putting on a thicker sweatshirt underneath is problematic, and it's even harder to take the jacket off afterward. Even after choosing the correct size, I get the impression that the seams might not withstand the strain when putting it on. However, the side zippers are helpful, making it easier to put on and take off. The front pocket has several practical compartments and can be accessed from both sides. The material is a successful combination of waterproofness and breathability. I would definitely buy it again.
