A folding general-purpose knife with a Wharncliffe profile head designed by the well-known American knifemaker Allen Elishewitz. The blade is made of CPM MagnaCut powder stainless steel characterized by high abrasion resistance. The blade was hardened to a hardness of 62-64 HRC. The blade was finished using the Stone Tumbled method, giving it a matte effect. On the back of the blade, where the thumb rests, there is a jimping for easier cutting guidance. The blade was brought out with a flat grind.

The blade is opened with a double-sided thumb stud, so the knife can be opened with either the right or left hand. A sliding ABLE Lock mechanism secures the tool against locking and accidental opening while carrying.

The contoured handle facings are made of fiberglass-reinforced nylon. Non-slip geometric grooves provide a secure grip when handling the tool. A hole for a rope or lanyard has been placed at the end of the handle. The knife is equipped with a resilient steel clip in tip/up position, with the possibility of switching to the other side.

I had to work it in and honestly, right after opening it I wanted to return the knife. The blade was loose, lots of blade play. Not just a bit—a lot. Tightening the pivot helped, blade play disappeared completely. At first, it was really stiff, but after some use it now opens perfectly. Tightening the screw also helped with the centering, which was off at first. Now, after a few days and tightening the screw, I think it’s great. Very sharp. You can feel that 20CV. I recommend it.
