My first MOLLE pouch for a first aid kit. I don't regret buying it. I've been using it for over two years now. I'm planning to switch to another one, but not because this one is bad—thanks to it, I understood the kind of first aid kit I actually want (I'm talking about the case). It has its pros and cons, but they are completely insignificant. It's cheap, durable, and perfect if you don't know exactly what you want. You buy it cheaply, use it for a year, and during that time your requirements become clearer, and only then do you spend a lot of money on the perfect one. The downside is that the snaps don't hold well; I attach the panel with velcro with a piece of string so I don't lose it. But that's minor. Look at the price. For this money, I expected it to last half a year max, two tough trips, no more. And yet, it's lasted for two years now and many trips, both in the city and in the mountains and forests. I definitely recommend it for your first MOLLE first aid kit. If you already know what you're looking for, you probably won't even look here since you'll be searching among the more expensive options.

Oxford is a type of fabric made of synthetic fibers (polyester, nylon) or a mixture of synthetic and natural fibers (cotton) with a dense weave. It is characterized by high mechanical strength and waterproof properties.
MOLLE (Modular Lightweight Load-carrying Equipment) is a system for attachment of tactical equipment, used for example in backpacks or tactical vests. It provides the possibility of flexible and modular placement of various accessories and pockets, which allows personalization and optimal adjustment of the item to the specific needs of the user. It is widely used by the military, special services and survival and outdoor enthusiasts.
LCS (Laser Cut System) is a new version of the assembly used in the MOLLE system, where instead of traditional tapes, laser-cut holes are used directly in the material. The system is much lighter than standard sewn-on PALS tapes and guarantees better camouflage. The holes are hemmed with thread to prevent fuzzing and ripping, or, as in the case of Cordura, the laser-cut edges are fused.

The first aid kit is small, but its interior is surprisingly spacious – it fits a complete IFAK set, including a tourniquet, bandage, hemostatic agent, and small accessories. The MOLLE attachment system ensures stability – the kit does not shift and is easy to detach when needed. The material is durable, the stitching is well done, and the zippers work smoothly. The Coyote color is practical and matches the rest of the gear. The only downside is that when the kit is very full, closing it becomes less convenient.

I recommend it, good price and quality. For this money, there's nothing to complain about, very functional - especially the velcro, very spacious for its size.
-
The bag is very functional and in terms of price, it has no equal. Everything essential fits in it easily, and there's still spare space inside. The downside, however, is that the lower Molle strap was sewn on too low, which causes it to partially overlap with the Molle system of the backpack, making it impossible to use. Despite this, the bag holds on to the upper Molle strap, although this solution is not ideal.
-
The bag is very practical and really good, and at this price it's hard to find a better one. It holds all the necessary items. I deduct one star because the Molle straps could be better designed – when you attach the bag to a backpack using the Molle system, the bottom Molle strap overlaps the strap on the backpack. However, you can mount it and it holds securely, although it's not a perfect solution.

I ordered the green one and it’s very nice. It fit everything I planned and even more. The MOLLE system straps allow you to attach the kit to a backpack or bag, and in an emergency you can tear it off because it has a Velcro panel. Great product, great price!

The JB Tacticals MOLLE IFAK Tactical First Aid Kit – Black is really solid and practical. Everything is well organized inside, items are easily accessible, and the MOLLE system allows you to conveniently attach it to a backpack or belt. Perfect for people who value functionality and preparedness in emergency situations.

Very nice first aid kit, well made, in reality the capacity is bigger than it seems at first glance. The color matches the photos. I recommend it together with a pouch for a tourniquet and scissors.

Great, sturdy, and spacious first aid kit. I managed to fit everything I always wanted to have with me – whether at the shooting range, in the forest, or in the mountains. The material is quite solid, well sewn, and the zippers work smoothly. I recommend it.

Quite a large first aid kit, which can fit more than I thought. I use it on my belt or backpack and have no complaints about comfort. It's good quality and I can recommend it to anyone looking for a good first aid kit at a low price.

-
A solid first aid kit, durable material - holds a lot. I use it for the car, with the option to take it on a trip. The MOLLE straps are useful for quick attachment to a backpack, with the option for rapid removal in case it's needed.
-
I ordered without checking the dimensions. It's bigger than I expected. I wanted something for the side of my backpack, but it fits the essentials and doesn’t look overstuffed. I think I have many journeys ahead with this first aid kit.
