The Joker Cuchillo Avispa neck knife is an excellent choice for those who don't like carrying unnecessary weight. The knife performs very well both with wood and food, thanks to its flat-ground blade. Good build quality and an affordable price make it worth recommending.
The bushcraft knife offered by the Spanish brand Joker features a robust and reliable full-tang construction, meaning the blade extends throughout the entire length of the handle. Its drop-point blade is crafted from 1.4116 stainless steel and shaped with a flat grind for optimal durability and performance.
Handle liners are fastened using aluminum rivets, while the grip itself is constructed from moisture-resistant, thin micarta. Contoured ergonomically, the handle includes a notched thumb rest on the spine for a secure and controlled hold. A dedicated lanyard hole at the handle's end allows the attachment of a safety line or thong.
.A kydex sheath is provided, equipped with an included paracord that allows the knife to be worn as a neck knife. The paracord measures 130 centimeters in length, making neck carry comfortable and practical.

Yes, this knife is marked with Sandvik 14C28N steel. It is sharp and has no defects. For the neck, it seems a bit too massive, even though it’s lightweight. It feels very good in hand. I’ll probably carry it on my belt—this is a great purchase.

I'm still shocked by how fast the delivery was. I ordered the knife on 2023-12-13 around 9:00 PM and on 2023-12-14 around 11:20 AM it was already with me! The knife itself is very nice. In my opinion, it’s too "heavy" and massive for a neck knife, but overall as a small fixed EDC it’s ideal. The handle is rather chunky, but because of that it fits well in the hand given its (and the whole knife’s) small size. I received (I think a newer) model with Sandvik 14C28N steel instead of 1.4116, which is great. I recommend it, unless the price scares you off.

Great knife, sharp, fits well in the hand (I have rather small hands). I hesitated a bit whether to choose this one or the version with a wooden handle, but I preferred the knife with a flat grind. I must admit that this handle looks much better in real life than in the photo. Besides, the Spanish word "avispa" means "wasp" in Polish, so the colors aren’t accidental :) Highly recommended!

Great neck knife, good steel, craftsmanship, and superb Kydex sheath.

High quality workmanship. Very handy.

Very well-made knife. The flat-ground blade allows for slicing transparent slices, e.g., tomato. The handle is comfortable and fills the hand well. Highly recommended!
