Cobra buckle with regulator by Austrialpin

Durable V-ring, velcro panel
Securing the lanyard is achieved with an aluminum, black anodized, bent V-ring rated at 20 kN. The V-ring design enables rapid attachment of any carabiner, including the Kong Frog express, without requiring the use of a second hand. An added benefit is the presence of Velcro, which allows for customization of the collar by attaching an emblem, such as the dog's name or a unit insignia.
