The knife is amazing. Big, sharp, and makes an impression. Regarding the size, you need to know what you're getting into – it's definitely not a knife for mushrooms, it was made for bigger things. As for the sheath – it's made of thick, 'meaty' leather, but it arrived completely dried out. In my opinion, it should be waxed or rubbed with oil at the beginning. And yes – it gets scratched when putting the knife in. The knife itself gets a 5, I deduct 1 star for the sheath. That's for aesthetes, it doesn't affect usability.

The big brother is a really cool knife. The sharpness out of the box is spectacular. However it is quite big and most of the use you may get is for hunting purposes, for bushcraft it can work but it is harder to handle on account of the size, not impossible. Still though a good piece for collecting and just having fun with. Very nice all in all.

The knife arrived in a loose box, with no padding, which caused damage to the leather sheath. Additionally, the snap fastener is crushed in one spot, making it very difficult to fasten. For a piece of steel (the knife itself is flawless in terms of quality) with a leather sheath costing over 500 PLN, it's rather disappointing.

A beautiful and very well-made knife (solid and sharp), which I expected as a long-time user of the classic KABAR marines. The knife is large but fits well in the hand (I feel the handle is a bit slimmer than my 20-year-old 1217), and it feels light compared to its size. Great general-purpose tool. Absolutely recommend!
