Kazak M10V2 Sharpening System - Gray

Device designed for sharpening knives of various shapes and sizes, serving as a modernized successor to the Kazak M10 model. It enables stable blade clamping and knife rotation without the need to remove it during work, ensuring high precision and a repeatable sharpening angle. The set includes, among others, an electronic angle gauge and 5 diamond sharpening stones with different grit levels.

The Kazak M10V2 model was developed for both beginners and more advanced users involved in knife sharpening. The refined design provides very good control during operation and makes it easier to achieve a uniform cutting edge without the need for specialized skills.

The M10V2 version has been equipped with a number of changes that improve ergonomics, stability, and work culture. An improved system for mounting the carriage on the vertical mast has been implemented, resulting in greater stability and more accurate maintenance of the sharpening angle. The new type of joint is based on durable components from IGUS, making the mechanism smoother in operation and characterized by high operational durability.

The diameter of the vertical mast has been increased to 10 mm, enhancing the rigidity of the entire structure. The integrated guide rail storage system directly by the carriage positively affects work ergonomics and facilitates the organization of the workstation. An important change is also the use of an aluminum guide rail instead of a steel one. This solution allowed to reduce the weight of the moving element, improving motion fluidity and sharpening comfort.

The system base is made of damage and corrosion-resistant 8 mm thick steel, covered with a durable gray powder coating. Rubber inserts on the bottom limit device movement during work and improve stability on the worktop. The 10 mm diameter vertical mast increases the structure's resistance to vibrations and deflections during sharpening.

The clamps are produced using milling method from solid 7075 aircraft-grade aluminum, valued for its high mechanical resistance and light weight. The special clamp design has been developed in such a way that the elastic deformation zone is located in the vertical plane. This provides high elasticity in the free state and very good rigidity when the blade is clamped.

The system allows for convenient adjustment of the sharpening angle along the vertical column, allowing work parameters to be adapted to the type of blade and the desired finish effect. The rotating mechanism is based on a double-row ball bearing, providing smooth knife rotation without the need to remove it from the clamps. This solution facilitates the maintenance of symmetrical sharpening on both sides of the cutting edge.

The device is equipped with a removable frame that facilitates convenient control of the cutting edge during work, helping to assess sharpening progress and quickly detect any irregularities. The new sliding node is characterized by increased fluidity of operation and durability estimated at up to 10,000 sharpening cycles. The use of high-quality components also affects work culture and the mechanism's resistance to long-term use.

The construction of the device was developed with a focus on maintaining high stability during operation. The use of durable materials and refined mechanical components translates into smooth system performance. Compact dimensions make storage easier after use, while also allowing convenient transport and efficient organization of the workspace.

The set includes, among others, 5 diamond sharpening stones with different grit levels and an electronic angle gauge enabling precise control of the sharpening angle. This allows for more accurate adjustment of operating parameters to the type of blade and helps maintain high repeatability when sharpening different types of knives.
