Black belt featuring a zinc alloy buckle. The belt strap, measuring 38 mm in width, is crafted from a robust and flexible three-layer material, ensuring an excellent fit and superior comfort during wear. Hidden Track adjustment system
Featuring a Hidden Track adjustment system, the belt incorporates an internal 25 cm guide offering over 40 adjustment points spaced every 6 mm. This design enables highly accurate customization of the circumference to match your body shape and current gear load. Adjustment is straightforward, accommodating waist sizes from 61 to 137 cm.
Durable zinc alloy buckle
Measuring 45 x 60 mm, the buckle is crafted from zinc alloy and is equipped with a spring-loaded mechanism that engages with the notches of the internal guide. Adjustment is both stepless and smooth, while disengagement is achieved by pressing the external lever. A metal catch featuring enlarged teeth and secured by two M4 x 7 mm clamping screws (hex key provided) fastens the belt to the buckle, delivering a reliable and stable hold.
Durable construction, load capacity up to 3.6 kg, soft padding
Engineered for secure transport of gear, the X5 belt supports a maximum load of 3.6 kg. Exceptional rigidity and durability are delivered by a triple-layered structure. An abrasion-resistant and mechanically robust nylon constitutes the external surface, while the core features Power-Core technology with tensile strength reaching 220 kg. Inside, the belt is lined with cushioned Super-Fibre padding for added comfort. This architecture provides double the stiffness of traditional leather belts, prevents folding or curling under pressure, and still retains enough flexibility for all-day wear.
