The Li-Po (lithium polymer) battery features a two-module design, delivering a voltage of 7.4 V and a capacity of 1300 mAh, complete with a Tamiya small connector. Lithium batteries stand out due to the lack of memory effect, superior performance compared to standard NiMh and NiCad batteries, and a more compact form factor. Their construction enables longer field operation of the replica without frequent power source changes. Divided into two compact packs, the battery is easier to fit within the stock or bed of the replica. Equipped with a balancer, even charging of the cells is facilitated, significantly enhancing overall longevity.

Li-Po batteries must be charged exclusively with a microprocessor charger specifically designed for these cells. Always ensure that the pack is not discharged below 3V per cell and never overcharged above 4.2V per cell. Going below the recommended voltage may cause permanent damage to the battery and present a risk of burns. Utilizing a Li-Po pack meter is advised to prevent over-discharge. For optimal safety, always charge the battery inside a protective bag made for this application.
