I use it as a supplement to the Peak Solo filter. Its size is perfect for taking it on a longer trip with an overnight stay outdoors. For now, it stays packed away just in case.

A filter with activated carbon is an absolutely essential element of a water purification kit in the field, especially in situations where you are without access to clean water for a long period, e.g., time W. The probability of chemical contamination in surface waters in Poland is, unfortunately, high. The add-on can be attached to a filter or directly to a PET bottle when you can boil water and the nano filter is not needed. I recommend the product and the store Militaria.pl.

This is one of the best ideas from this company. The filter can operate independently when screwed onto a PET bottle with a standard thread. As for emergency water purification, I believe the carbon filter is more important than microfiltration. Biological threats can be easily neutralized by exposing or boiling the water, but these methods will not remove common chemicals found in Polish surface waters. Long-term, the filter should be stored in its original sealed packaging.

Finally! There’s a Grayl alternative in a much smaller package. Awesome! I recommend buying spare cartridges right away because, as you can see, they’re sometimes unavailable for a long time.

If someone doesn’t mind the shelf life after opening, I recommend it because it’s worth it – water really does taste better. Easy to install and transport – I recommend it.
