The fire starter is pleasant to use, creates a very nice spark, although it is very small and the magnesium rod is also small, so for this price I would recommend a bigger one. However, in this set it compensates for that because the tip is very useful.

A set of accessories that allows efficient fire starting. It includes:
- original Swedish FireSteel 2.0 Scout magnesium flint,
- Tinder-on-a-Rope tinder,
- Grandpa FireFork roasting fork.
The flint is moisture-resistant and produces sparks at a temperature of 2980°C! Thanks to this, lighting a campfire is possible in almost any conditions and at any altitude. The rod made of magnesium alloy is enough for about 3000 fires. The tinder included in the set has a very high resin content. Thanks to this, mainly the resin burns, not the wood itself.
The last element of the set is the Grandpa FireFork roasting fork, which can be attached to almost any stick. It is made of flexible stainless steel and equipped with a protective bioplastic cover. The fork is a convenient and easy-to-prepare alternative to a skewer or sharpened stick.

Militaria.pl is a premium dealer of Light My Fire.
Light My Fire is a Swedish brand founded in 1995 that initially gained popularity thanks to the natural MayaSticks fire starter imported from Guatemala. The real breakthrough came with the introduction of a magnesium fire starter, modeled on Swedish army equipment - a product that became a must-have part of the gear of many outdoor and survival enthusiasts. In 2005, the company introduced the MealKit set with the iconic spork, combining the functions of a spoon, fork, and knife - a gadget that sold in millions of units worldwide and is still considered a symbol of the brand today. Light My Fire products, designed and largely manufactured in Sweden, stand out for high quality and distinctive design. The Light My Fire spork even made it into NASA's product range as a practical tool used in space. Today, the brand is present in more than 50 countries, inspiring people to spend time actively outdoors.

The set is top-notch. The fire starter virtually guarantees you'll light a fire on the first try, because it showers sparks like Hephaestus's hammer, and thanks to the resinous stick, the chances rise to a full 100%. And once you have fire—with minimal effort—it’s only natural to roast some sausage or an apple over it. That’s when Grandpa’s skewer comes to help: a simple but useful device that will save you loads of time you would otherwise spend whittling sticks for campfires, and it will rescue your grilled food when it unexpectedly decides to leap into the middle of the "sacrificial pile," as often happens with makeshift skewers. As a bonus, the firefork will also earn you envious looks from other campfire enthusiasts, frustrated that their food has once again landed in the middle of the flames. It’s quite possible the tool could even help you catch the eye of a girl by the fire—in any case, impressing and earning gratitude from someone wouldn't be hard with such a gadget, perhaps starting an interesting (hopefully) conversation or even more ;) Such a modest-looking little set, yet it offers so many possibilities :) I recommend it.
