Well-made fire starter, catches sparks from a flint very well. Useful in tough conditions, easy to ignite, and you can always have it with you. I recommend it.

Great kindling ready to use right out of the package, easy to cut and lasts a very long time. It works even in adverse conditions, always easy to light, whether with a lighter or a fire starter. Don't hesitate if it's on sale.

A good option, especially if you don't want to make kindling yourself. Just take a knife, shave a bit, and it's ready. A few sparks from a fire starter and you have fire. Perfect for emergencies.

I bought it more out of curiosity than necessity. Shaved chips are very easy to ignite with a flint. Besides, the wood smells nice :) Useful in emergency situations.

Unfortunately I did not use it, but the recipient is very satisfied. The string is different than in the picture; see the photos under other user reviews. I'm considering buying it next time :)
