Machete featuring a 260 mm blade, engineered as a versatile tool for heavy-duty applications in tough outdoor environments. The Urban Champion is crafted by esteemed blade designer Radosław Łęgowik.

Forged from 50HF tool steel and hardened to a hardness of 56 HRC, the machete blade offers an optimal balance of hardness and flexibility thanks to its precise carbon content. The presence of chromium significantly boosts resistance to abrasion and provides partial protection against corrosion. With minimal phosphorus and sulfur levels, material brittleness is reduced, increasing the blade’s durability during intensive use. A powder coating is applied, forming a robust and resilient protective surface layer.

Equipped with a blade measuring 260 mm in length and 2.5 mm in thickness, the model ensures optimal blade balance for enhanced tool control. Balanced weight distribution between the blade and handle delivers superior cutting accuracy and minimizes hand fatigue during extended use.

The machete features a handle crafted from Micarta composite in a brown hue. Renowned for excellent mechanical durability, the material offers high resistance to impacts, abrasion, and various weather conditions. The textured surface of the scales along with their ergonomic contour provides a firm and secure grip while using the tool.

Included in the set is a sheath crafted from highly durable natural leather, ensuring secure storage and safe transport of the machete.
