LKW Urban Champion Micarta Machete - Olive

Machete featuring a 260 mm blade, engineered as a versatile tool tailored for heavy-duty use in tough outdoor environments. Thanks to meticulous engineering, robust build, and high-quality materials, it stands out when faced with arduous tasks. The Urban Champion is a creation of the acclaimed knifemaker Radosław Łęgowik.

Forged from 50HF tool steel, the machete blade is hardened to a 56 HRC hardness. Optimized carbon content in the steel ensures excellent hardness and flexibility, while the integration of chromium boosts wear resistance and provides partial protection against corrosion. Low levels of phosphorus and sulfur minimize brittleness, contributing to increased durability during demanding tasks. A robust powder coating finish further enhances surface protection with a tough, resilient layer.

Equipped with a blade measuring 260 mm in length and 2.5 mm in thickness, the model ensures optimal blade balance for enhanced tool control. With evenly apportioned weight between the blade and handle, users experience increased cutting accuracy and minimized hand fatigue even during extended periods of use.

The machete is equipped with a handle crafted from Micarta composite in a distinctive olive hue. Renowned for its exceptional mechanical durability, the material offers excellent resistance to impact, abrasion, and fluctuating weather conditions. Textured scales paired with an ergonomically contoured design provide a reliable and secure grip throughout use.

Included in the set is a sheath crafted from natural leather with high resistance to damage, ensuring secure storage and convenient transport of the machete.
